How GetHuman-gerryhay fixed the problem
I wanted to change my method of payment but do not have a modern phone and to make matters worse I did not recall my phone number in the system was my Canadian phone number. Small wonder I could not access the normal communication channel. When I did manage to connect I was treated very professionally in a caring patient way that not only allowed me to pay my bill ahead of time but enrolled me on automatic deduction. Thanks to all involved for your patience.
