Booked in a uber cab. when i called the driver to ask for ETA, he was very rude and denied to come to the address for pickup. In the uber app, i have stated the reason for cancellation lot of times but every time i want to book an uber now, it says outstanding payment for cancellation. Please resolve it asap as this issue has been going on for the last * months.
