If you are having technical difficulties with your Instagram app please make sure the app is up to date. You can also try to restart your phone or computer. If all else fails, delete the app, then re-download it and sign in.
The issue in GetHuman-hayhaylo's own words
When I log out of snap and log back in, it says that all of my snaps that I had just delivered were opened the exact same time I delivered them. I then tested it to see and told my friend not to open it then logged out and back in, when I logged in again it says it was opened on my phone and on her phone it showed “new snap” because she hadn’t actually opened it. I tried updating and reinstalling the app, nothing seems to be working but I would really like it if this issue could be fixed because I can’t tell when someone has actually opened my snap now or if it is still delivered because either way it says “opened”.
GetHuman-hayhaylo did not yet indicate what Snapchat should do to make this right.
