To cancel a processing order in your queue, go to your account on the ScentBird website. Find the “Orders” section, locate the order you wish to cancel, and select the cancellation option. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Make sure to cancel before the order transitions to the shipping stage.
