Back several days ago, physically went into a T-Mobile store. Initiated the migrate, was given the chips to put on all devices. had to go to a different store to purchase phones and the person cancel what the other agent did. I am pissed off. can't log into the sprint side neither do I have a login for the other side. no one can explain to me what is going on. Now if this is how I am going to be treated with you all, after being a Sprint customer for ** plus years. I will choose someone else. *Foward this to your corporate office please. I will do so as well.
