I am really disappointed of T mobile service. My prepaid account was suspended on **th October around *am and I refilled the account around *.** am on the same using my debit card via online. I did not get the reception and Went to a store in North Hills and they asked me to wait for ** hours. I waited almost ** hours till today and visited the same store because I have not got any reception since Friday. It is just a waste of my money. They told me to call the customer service on *** and she was able to reconnect the reception for an hour and again this network asks me to refill the account. I am really fed up. Just waste of my time and money .
