Stop collection activity. ... I had T-Mobile phone ***-***-****, you all cancelled the account due to overusage of roaming in Mexico before the end of August. I paid $**.** on ********. Then I get a letter from your billing department dated ********* saying I have a past due balance of $**.**. You cancelled me!!! I owe nothing.
I do not have my original pin number, I went to a T-Mobile Store in Fashion Valley who checked my ID, noted my account and explained the account was cancelled before the end of August **** due to overusage of roaming in Mexico.
GetHuman-kellyboo did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
I had the account for two years, established credit, good payment history.
