I ran out of credit and it prompted me to restore it. I bought it and it says it’s Skype *bill Luxembourg while I call only Italy. It charged me $*.**. I’m unable to call my old dad and I request refund so I can buy new credit for Italy.*I would like this rectified immediately. I wasn’t able to call all yesterday. He must be worried.
