The experience with the representative was pleasant. Although he could not help with my request, he took the time to find and share a number I could call to get the information. However, upon calling to verify whether that number was for the Frigidaire brand, the automated system for that number also answered the call with, “Hello, this is Electrolux.”

I learned through some online research that Electrolux owns Frigidaire. Not knowing that both companies are related could be frustrating for an individual who calls expecting to inquire about Frigidaire products.
