Numerous calls to Verizon Wireless resulted in misinformation, false promises and resolutions which never occurred, and much wasted time. Why are there no records of these phone calls on my accounts? If my calls were recorded, why doesn't anyone know what was promised? Why are agents so misinformed?**As a long time Verizon customer, all I wanted was to try to save money on a two cell phones on a senior plan (********** and **********). Please may I talk to someone who can really help and not make empty promises and give me misinformation.
