I just bought a new Moto E* phone with first month unlimited free. I had a previous Moto phone with Simple Mobile, as well, but I had trouble with sound quality. My current phone has a very slow connection, and the *G service isn't working well at all. I tried calling my husband, and I could barely hear him. The sound keeps cutting out on my brand new phone! I also keep getting a message saying my security settings have to be updated. I updated it three times, but got the message that it's ready to be updated, again. I am wondering if I'm getting poor service in my area, or not. Please help!
