Please rake take action!*I decided switch to Metro.*And for **$ plan guy charge me ***$ with * different fee.*When i come back to store he told me that he will refund money, but he cant refund those fee's,because they are franchise. I didnt sign any papers and he told me that i never get my refund with all those fee. They got they own police and literally he dont give a ****. I pay **.** and he five me refund only **$. When i told him that i didnt sign anything he told that its my own problem. "We are franchise , we dont give a **** for your compains." I cancel account same day when i decided ro be with metro. Please take action. Store located on aurora (seattle**, guy name Ed)*I demend to refund all my money not only **% . I cancel in ** min when i relize rhat he bamboozle me.*I show him that by policy of Metro i cant bee charget **$ for service fee. And he told me thay i cant do anything about it. Please help me!
