I tried to upload my veteran documents for my one year free of LinkedIn premium but for some reason, the outside verification company is not accepting my documents. I checked the information and everything is correct that I’m submitting

I can’t get into my account and when I try I have to verify it but it says I already submitted a request but they won’t accept my request
