However, your brush head should fit securely onto the toothbrush handle. If it's loose, it might be worn out and require replacing, or it's possible that it's not the right model for your handle. We recommend purchasing a new brush head compatible with your model. If the issue continues, it could be a problem with the handle itself, and you may need to consider using the warranty if it's still valid.
