I canceled the sale of item ************ giving the reason "damaged or out of stock ". The buyer claimed no reason was given for the cancelation and left negative feedback. I thought the buyer would see the reason given when I canceled, can they not? I wish to get the negative feedback removed since I gave the reason. Thank you.
