My seller account got suspended after a buyer requested a refund against my store policy on eBay. Despite following their guidelines, eBay not only refunded the buyer but also suspended my account. To resolve this, I need eBay to reinstate my account and respect the refund policies I set when posting the item. It's worth noting that the item has not been returned. The buyer managed to keep the money, shipping costs, and the item with a false accusation.

I recently placed an order for a TV guide on Friday but realized it was the wrong item. I tried to cancel immediately but found no record on the site, neither did the seller. Despite no confirmation number, my credit card was charged. The seller accused me of being a scammer, and now refuses to assist after being in contact with you. I cannot reach you by phone as I lack the necessary number due to the order not being placed. I stumbled upon this issue accidentally and seek clarification on why my card was charged without an order. I am distressed by the scammer accusation. Dale mentioned eBay contacting me but nothing yet. I want this resolved promptly, and the seller informed I am not a scammer. I recently made a purchase with item number [redacted]21 under the username tommys_boy for a PS5 from seller wescopen_37. The seller advertised free shipping, but when I checked the shipping details, it asked me to claim an in-person pick-up claim number. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact the seller as the item number has been removed, and I can't cancel the order for the same reason. I suspect this may be fraudulent activity. I am unable to open a dispute with PayPal as I need to attempt to resolve the issue through eBay first. If the listing had only specified local pick-up instead of free shipping, I would not have proceeded with the purchase.

I am having trouble accessing my account on Ebay. After filling in my details, I am supposed to receive a code number by text, but I have not been receiving the text message despite numerous attempts. This is preventing me from contacting Ebay for assistance since I cannot log into my account. I find it frustrating that I am unable to reach out to the company for help without first accessing my account. I have been a longtime user of Ebay, engaging in buying and selling with a flawless track record. Therefore, I see no valid reason why I am now facing this issue with logging in.

Seller 8172zdenek listed a Rohde Schwarz Signal Generator on eBay with order number 09-09[redacted]6, priced at €1,[redacted].00 and €50.00 for shipping. Upon arrival at Brazilian customs, discrepancies arose as the declared value of €[redacted].00 conflicted with the market value. Customs requested proof of actual payment due to the discrepancy. Despite initially offering to cover half of the fine, the seller later disputed Brazilian laws and attempted to shift responsibility. Brazilian customs enforce local laws, not international ones. After sharing all relevant information, the seller insisted the export documentation issue was solely the buyer's concern. The buyer seeks eBay's intervention to retrieve the €[redacted].29 fine incurred due to the seller's dishonesty. Brazilian federal revenue documents supporting the payments are ready for review. I have been an eBay user for 24 years, although I only use it occasionally. Recently, when I tried to sell something, I encountered issues due to eBay no longer accepting PayPal. They requested various personal information repeatedly, including my bank account details and photo identification. After selling two items, I found out that my account has been permanently locked. Despite chatting with customer service twice, they were unhelpful and abruptly ended the conversation without providing any explanations. I am frustrated because I have over $[redacted] in earnings held by eBay. I am bewildered by this situation, especially since I have been banned from the platform indefinitely. It seems like I am not alone in facing such problems, as I have read similar experiences on various websites. On 9-6-[redacted], I purchased a bolt-on hitch for my truck using my PayPal account. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered it was the incorrect weld-on hitch for a flatbed truck. Despite contacting the seller, it took 2 hours to convey the issue, and only after that, I was promised a return slip and a refund. It's been 4 weeks since, and I have yet to receive the refund, and the seller is unresponsive. PayPal has been unhelpful in resolving this matter. I urgently request a refund as I had to purchase the correct item from another seller in the meantime.

I mistakenly ordered 2 HP [redacted] XL Black and HP [redacted] color ink cartridges for my HP Envy [redacted]. After returning them to the Chatsworth, CA address via UPS on 9/26/22 for a refund, I encountered confusion with the company names. House of Toners, mentioned on the label, claimed they don't sell on eBay. Tonerprice.com, another potential seller, also couldn't locate my order. I'm concerned as I didn't receive a return label and decided to ship them back to avoid missing the return window. About a month ago, I placed an order for a car part, but it still hasn't arrived! My boyfriend has the details for the part, but he recently changed his phone. I need the phone number, email address, shipping information, part number, etc., in order to locate my order. Lately, I've been facing issues when ordering parts online and not getting them on time. FedEx and UPS seem to be causing delays by delivering to the wrong address, causing a lot of frustration due to the lack of communication. I urgently need help tracking down the part for my car. My IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED, but unfortunately, it was sent to the wrong address. The seller on eBay wasn't helpful despite my efforts. I requested two replacement wigs for the ones I never received, but she declined. Now, I have to wait until October 13 to get a refund. It's frustrating to deal with this situation and it has consumed my entire day. I paid a significant amount for two wigs that are currently missing. I'm feeling extremely irritated and upset about the whole ordeal.

I tried to purchase antique bedside tables with a marble top for $[redacted] from the seller elenkunikov-0 on eBay. Throughout the transaction, the seller adjusted the price multiple times upon my request. However, upon totaling the amounts, they exceeded the listed price. I had to remind the seller of this discrepancy several times. The seller provided various reasons for delays, claiming to be out of town once and busy on another occasion. Despite my efforts to communicate, I was never able to easily reach her to finalize the purchase. Having previously bought from her and being a long-time eBay user, I expressed my concerns in an email to her. Subsequently, she blocked me, preventing me from reporting the issue or completing the purchase. I placed an order for Edifier speakers two weeks ago. They didn't arrive within the expected timeframe, so I canceled the order. Surprisingly, the speakers were delivered today, and I have set them up successfully. However, I realized that along with the speakers, I originally purchased a two-year warranty, but this was canceled when I initiated the refund through PayPal. I would like to pay the $9.99 now to repurchase the warranty since I now have the speakers.

I am writing about order number 21-09[redacted]8. I placed the order on September 20th, but canceled it the same day. I reached out to the seller to cancel, and they assured me they would. However, the order was still shipped. After contacting the seller again, they promised to stop the shipment and refund my money by October 6th, which was three days ago. I am a senior citizen who recently fell victim to a $[redacted].00 scam. I purchased two tickets through Ticketmaster on 10-4-22 for a 12pm show on 10-13. When I realized my mistake, I contacted Ticketmaster to exchange the tickets for the 7:30 show. The representative instructed me to buy a $[redacted].00 eBay gift card from a local grocery store to cancel the first tickets and repurchase the new ones. Questioning this process, I reluctantly followed his instructions, providing him with the gift card details. Then, he insisted I needed to create a Ticketmaster Wallet account by purchasing a $[redacted].00 eBay gift card. Sensing a scam, I terminated the call. I have never sold anything on eBay. I suspect an eBay seller is fraudulently using my address to mail packages. I receive Informed Delivery notifications daily from USPS, showing incoming mail and packages. Strangely, there are constant notifications for "eBay powered by Pitney Bowes" outbound packages with USPS tracking numbers, despite never using this service. Today alone, four outbound packages were listed with unique tracking numbers. After contacting USPS, I was advised to reach out to eBay to report this fraud. I am worried that someone might be sending illegal items using my address deceitfully. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cynthia H.

I had some concerns regarding the refund/rebate for the tires on the Paslec GS9+. The ad indicated it was a 27.5" Γ— 4" fat tire bike, which was a deciding factor in my purchase. After confirming with the seller, I was advised to buy a 27.5" Γ— 4" tire set locally for reimbursement. Despite issues with the cost, Paslec agreed to cover the new tires and offered a $50 rebate for the inconvenience. I also noted bike rim damage during shipping but focused on the tire replacement. The second issue arose when an Ebike supposed to be delivered was not received, and the seller has not responded. Today, I discovered I am not getting a refund for the bike without explanation. I have recently made a purchase on eBay for a Microsoft Xbox [redacted] wireless receiver from {Boxofcat}. The order was placed on October 7th, and despite receiving a tracking number, the item has not shown any movement according to USPS. The total amount paid, including tax and postage, was $48.71. While I understand there was a holiday this week, I expected to see some progress by now. If the item does not arrive by Friday, I will be contacting eBay for a possible refund. I had a similar experience before, so I am hoping for a resolution. If the item does not show up by Thursday, October 13th, I kindly request a refund of the total amount paid of $48.71.

I recently sold some items, and now a customer is returning something, but I need access to the funds on hold in my account to issue a refund for the returned item. I reached out to eBay support via chat for assistance, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful. Despite being a loyal customer for six years, they were unable to lift the hold on my account. I made a mistake by not shipping a Shark Clean vacuum cleaner robot due to being busy and losing track of time. eBay went ahead and refunded the customer for the item. It's frustrating that even though I have just started selling again and am no longer using PayPal, I am still facing similar issues. As a loyal customer of six years, I hope this situation can be resolved promptly.
