Get a refund by mailing my wrong cartridges back to the address they came from. ... I ordered * ink cartridges HP *** XL BLK and HP *** color by mistake for my HP Envy ****. I tried to return them and eventually sent them back via UPS to the return address, Chatsworth, CA ***** asking them for a refund. I tracked their return and their arrival on *******. The label said House of Toners, but when I called them, Emily said that I was not in their system and that they don't sell on EBay. My order number is **-*****-*****. I also checked with Tonerprice.com and was told by Jody that I wasn't in their system. I didn't get a return label and that's why I sent them UPS because I was afraid time was running out. I charged the cartridges on my Capital One charge card.*Can you help me get a refund? My account was charged $**.** on August **, ****.*Thank you.*Marilyn Grable
This was especially frustrating because I didn't get a return shipping label.
This could be made right by cancelling the fee for the cartridges from my credit card.
This is my first experience with EBay.
I've called the company that makes the cartridges, tried to call the address where I sent the wrong ones back to, called and texted another number connected to the manufacturer and have tried to reach EBay.
