I received the wrong items for Order #02-07[redacted]2 and 08-07[redacted]7. I ordered a NewConcept [redacted]-mile antenna and received an EagleStar 75-kilometer range model #53-6165CV unit. The second item was meant to be a NewConcept [redacted]-mile antenna, but I got an EagleStar model #53-6165CVA, which is an amplified version. The seller insists I received the correct items, but the amplifiers and power sources differ from what I ordered. The first item came in a colored carton, and even though the seller claims they used it for shipping only, the model number on the sticker matches the carton. The second item arrived in a plain white carton. The seller mentioned a partial refund of up to 50% only if the item was not plugged in, but I did not unpack the power source or amplifier. I purchased a purple phone case from a seller named diannezo ([redacted]) on 1st September, which I received on 14th September. Unfortunately, the item was the wrong color. I reached out to the seller, provided photos, and requested the correct case. Instead of sending the right one, they offered me a series of partial refunds through multiple emails. Despite my repeated requests for the correct item rather than a refund, they have not cooperated. In my latest email, I informed them that I would involve eBay if the issue was not resolved. Their response suggested a 60% refund. As a result, I am now taking steps to report their failure to comply with eBay's terms and conditions.

I purchased a supposed high-speed 1TB PNY Green TF card, which is advertised at 100Mbps and 60Mbps, but it turned out to be slow and likely a counterfeit product. I tried using both cards, but after 20 hours of testing, there were numerous errors and my cellphone couldn't read the 1TB capacity. The packaging has some stickers covering the seller's name, making it hard to capture a clear photo. I paid $79.98 for these cards from China, not Sri Lanka. I demand a full refund as both cards are counterfeit. Despite providing evidence, eBay closed my ticket without resolving the issue. I will only share more pictures of the packaging upon request. My son sold a graphics card on eBay, but the buyer claimed it was never received, leading to a dispute. Despite providing proof of shipment, eBay sided with the buyer and issued a refund. My son appealed the decision with tracking information, but eBay closed the appeal and permanently suspended his account without clear explanation. This affects other ongoing transactions as a seller and a buyer. I demand eBay clarify the reason for the suspension, provide more details from the buyer about non-receipt, and update my son on his other transactions.

Hello, I just discovered this forum and think it's great to have another platform to discuss besides eBay. I purchased a video game from a seller named Brian from the store "briansblowoutbargains." He has many positive reviews. Unfortunately, the game I bought never arrived. Initially, he mentioned a family death causing the delay and promised to resend the game with tracking instead of a refund. However, it has been over two months, and there has been no game or communication. When I reached out again, he blocked me from sending messages. I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience on eBay. In August, I bought cat food from Best Collections. When I tried to cancel the order after finding it at a better price elsewhere, the seller refused and eventually admitted in writing that they would neither send the product nor issue a refund. Despite the tracking showing it shipped, it never arrived at my address, leading me to feel scammed. I have reached out to eBay multiple times to no avail. Hello Ebay, I am Ashley Verge, known as AshleyVerge17. I have been an Ebay user for 5 years, utilizing it to support my family. However, my account got suspended due to what I believe to be an error. I have clarified the situation with several agents. The suspension was related to perceived "abuse," which I can assure was unintentional. There were transactions that were mistakenly labeled, leading to issues. Despite most sellers refunding the transactions, some did not. Upon advice from Ebay, I contacted Mastercard. Regrettably, Mastercard mislabeled the problems as "FRAUD," escalating the matter unnecessarily. This miscommunication led to the suspension and confusion. Mastercard has acknowledged their error, refunded all problematic transactions, and admitted fault in reaching out to Ebay. They attribute the issue to an inexperienced agent. I have evidence of the refunds. I seek clarity on the steps required to reinstate my Ebay account. I need to report suspicious activity involving an eBay buyer. The buyer alleged not receiving the item to exploit eBay's return policy. It's impractical to expect tracking on every low-cost eBay item. Despite positive reviews, seller Game_Heroes seems involved in recurring fraudulent behavior. eBay should discourage buyers from abusing the return policy with false claims of non-delivery. An order, #25-07[redacted]2, unfairly favored the buyer despite evident fraud. Repeatedly falling victim to deceitful buyers, like this, tarnishes my impeccable seller record. I cooperate promptly with buyers and maintain a superior track record compared to the buyer in question. I'm distressed by the buyer's theft and wish to contest this unjust outcome.

My account, Chase Leighton, was suspended without a clear reason. Despite asking for guidance to resolve the issue, I received only vague responses. I was told to add tracking numbers to my orders, which I promptly did. If there were additional requirements, they were not communicated to me. I am willing to make any necessary changes to my account if provided with specific instructions. Banning me without clear communication or a chance to correct any mistakes is unfair. I am appealing this decision and seek a transparent explanation of what is needed to resolve the issue.

I attempted to purchase 2 cans of Steri Prune from leisurecoastgardencentre on eBay, but they canceled my order when I inquired about the discrepancy between the advertised "free delivery" and the actual delivery cost provided by the seller. Despite my efforts to continue the order directly with the supplier, they dismissed me and refused to assist me further. When I tried to reorder through their eBay site, I found that my sale had been blocked. The seller's explanation regarding the delivery fee and the technical issue between eBay and Google was unsatisfactory. The response provided by eBay under reference number SR# 1-[redacted]53 did not address the false advertising concern. The lack of coordination between the supplier, eBay, and Google is frustrating, and the overall customer service experience has been disappointing. I need assistance with my listing for Steinbach Black Hawk on eBay. The shipping price is incorrect as it is set to be calculated based on the location, but it shows as $29.35. I tried to address it with a chat representative for over an hour, but they were not aware of the issue. Despite being promised to be transferred to a supervisor, it did not happen. I would like to express my concerns about the decline in customer service and safety measures on E-bay. Over the past few months, I have been trying to reach out to a representative regarding my purchase of several items. The sellers have been unresponsive after selling me a steering wheel cover that was falsely advertised to fit my [redacted] Jeep Wrangler. The lack of response from E-bay's customer service has caused significant frustration, and I insist on a refund for the inaccurate product. I preordered an item that was supposed to ship on September 15th. It's now a week later, and the seller still hasn't shipped it. Their recent positive feedback dropped to 92.3%, raising concerns about whether I'll receive my item or a refund. I reached out to the seller, worried they might ghost me based on their recent negative feedback. I have screenshots of the item description showing the promised shipping date. On 8/19/21, I bought a set of headphones with order#12-07[redacted]7 from seller [redacted] rogerb([redacted]) for $15.33 with FREE SHIPPING. However, on 8/26/21, USPS contacted me about an extra $9.55 postage fee for the package. I informed the seller of the issue, but after no response, I refused to pay the postage. The item was sent back to the seller on 9/03/21. Despite contacting eBay on 9/07/21 with return information, I received a "return closed" notification the same day. I never got the item or a refund. As a long-time eBay customer, I've lost trust in making large purchases with free shipping due to this experience. While it's a small loss, I believe the seller owes me a refund that I am still awaiting.

DHL claimed they delivered a package at 11:06 on Tuesday, but I was home and no package was received. The driver either took it to the wrong address or may have stolen it, as I was present at the time indicated. Contacting their customer service chat was unhelpful, and the automated responses were not useful. Although I appreciate the seller's actions, I need to address the issue with the delivery. Despite eBay ruling in favor of the seller due to DHL's delivery report, I believe it to be fraudulent. Whether the driver had GPS issues, made an error, or committed theft, DHL should investigate and verify the driver's location using GPS data to resolve the matter effectively.

My eBay account was compromised on 8/1/21, resulting in unauthorized listings and sales. I promptly contacted eBay, and although they assured me that the listings would be taken down, only one was removed initially. After following up, they removed all the listings but failed to waive the selling fees. Despite being told not to pay these fees since they were from fraudulent transactions, they remain on my account, leading to its suspension. Despite being promised an email regarding an investigation, I have not received one. This ordeal has been ongoing for close to two months, causing significant frustration as a loyal eBay user of 19 years. I have spent many hours contacting eBay through calls and chats without a resolution. I'm seeking guidance on what steps to take next to address this issue promptly.

I recently purchased and paid for Item [redacted]81, a seashell from FL, with an expected delivery today. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive. The seller, natbr_366, seems suspicious as they reposted the same item ([redacted]32) shortly after for a much higher price. I have tried to contact the seller but struggled due to limited contact information on the listing. eBay's support has been unhelpful with dead-end phone numbers and no live chat available. I recently sold 6 MacBooks on eBay, and I expressed concerns to the eBay team regarding the buyers' suspicious addresses. Despite my reservations, eBay instructed me to proceed with shipping the items once payment was received. Prior to shipping, I took photos as per the buyer's request to verify the MacBooks' condition. However, upon the buyer's claims of receiving books instead, eBay not only favored the buyer but also banned my account. my attempts to contact customer support were unproductive, and I was charged $1,[redacted]. This experience has resulted in significant financial loss, wasted time, and the forfeiture of my products. eBay's decision to side with the buyer due to my account status is unjust, leaving me feeling frustrated after losing over $8k.
