I am frustrated with eBay and the seller I purchased item [redacted]22 from. The item arrived damaged, and after opening a case, the seller offered me only £5 as compensation for a £17 item. After further discussion with them, they agreed to refund £12, but now they have not followed through. They are ignoring my emails and have blocked me. I believe this seller is a scammer. I urge for an investigation and demand a full refund promptly.

I'm experiencing an issue with an eBay order I placed. I intended to offer a shipping dropdown menu for customers, but eBay defaulted to media mail. This caused a problem with USPS fees. I tried to contact eBay for help but was on hold for nearly an hour. I eventually added the correct shipping cost myself. However, I am now out the additional shipping fees and need to discuss this with eBay. Additionally, I need to contact PayPal to credit the correct shipping amount to my account. I successfully sold one item before, but this one was listed twice in error. I'm frustrated that resolving these issues is taking longer than expected.

I recently made my first purchase on eBay, buying an HP all-in-one PC from the seller Pro-Avit. Unfortunately, the computer arrived damaged and unusable. Despite trying to return it promptly, the process has been incredibly frustrating. After contacting eBay multiple times, I was informed that the case was closed, and I would not receive a refund. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, especially considering the lack of communication from the seller and the issues with returning the item. I plan to reach out directly to Pro-Avit to resolve this matter. As a 70-year-old dealing with health concerns, this situation has only added unnecessary stress. It's disappointing to have faced such complications over a simple purchase. I hope for a swift resolution to this ordeal.

I purchased an item in early August from a seller in Canada. Despite waiting for 4-5 weeks, the item did not arrive. The seller claimed it was returned to their PO box and was reshipped. After waiting another few weeks with no delivery, I contacted the seller who did not respond to my email last Thursday. eBay's 30-day guarantee has expired, but I am still seeking either my item or a refund. What steps should I take now?

I need help getting my funds released from a buyer who already paid. The funds have been received by eBay and PayPal without any explanation. After waiting on hold with eBay customer service for over an hour both last night and tonight with no answer, I'm concerned about the delay. They mentioned that they now require a tracking number for the shipped item before releasing the funds within 21 days, which seems unreasonable. Should I inform the buyer that they might have to wait longer to receive their package? This situation has made me consider pulling all my other auctions out of fear of the same issue. eBay's response states that their system can randomly hold funds for any seller, for any item sold to any user, because of algorithms determined by Corporate Management rather than Customer Service Management. I've provided proof of shipment through USPS, but the funds are still not released. My buyer and I both have excellent feedback ratings. This experience has made me wary and I hope for a resolution soon.

I recently received an email stating I owe $6,[redacted].05 for a missed payment on my eBay account. The email mentioned a large order I supposedly made, but I don't see any such order in my account. I am puzzled by this as I didn't authorize any purchase of that amount. The email also mentioned possible restrictions on my PayPal use on eBay. As a student, I do not have the means to make such a purchase. I am reaching out to clarify this issue and understand if my account has been compromised. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Salve, vorrei far notare che avevo richiesto i libri con pagine cancellabili!!! A quel prezzo di 30 euro ritengo che ne valga la pena in quanto i libri sono nuovi!!! In caso contrario, dovrebbe pagare 60 euro per dei libri sempre usati!!! Non comporterebbe molte spese cancellare le scritture, vero??? Inoltre, se esclude il costo della spedizione, mi troverei a pagare solo 20 euro, che è un prezzo vantaggioso per uno Student come mostrato qui: [link]. Unpaid Item Case Opened for [redacted]26 Hello, I intended to purchase additional items from the same seller but unfortunately delayed the payment due to participating in multiple auctions. When I finally tried to pay for this particular item, I encountered an issue. The "Unpaid Item Case" was opened and although the option to "Pay Now" is visible, I am unable to proceed with the payment. I ordered a LaGard Model 4715BC keypad on eBay, but received a Model 5715BC instead. The Model 5715BC doesn't fit the mounting studs, so new holes need to be drilled. The safe won't open, complicating the installation. The eBay listing clearly showed a Model 4715BC. The vendor, Kingman Security Group, listed it as a 4715BC on the packing slip. How can I receive the correct item I ordered? A credit won't resolve the issue. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you. - D.W.

I recently relocated from India to Australia and seem to have trouble signing into my account. My phone number is linked to two accounts. I used to sign in with [redacted], but now I cannot access it. One of my orders was accepted, but the other was rejected, and I couldn't proceed with payment. Yesterday, I set up an account to sell items, but it was immediately suspended. The email from eBay didn't explain why. I'm unable to access the contact page as it only displays an error message due to the suspension without any contact options. How can I resolve this issue and reactivate my account?

I purchased a Cocochoco keratin complete pre and aftercare treatment for $[redacted] on eBay on September 9th. The delivery was estimated for September 11th, but I received it on September 24th and it was incomplete. Only the sulphate-free conditioner and keratin repair mask were included, missing the sulphate free shampoo, clarifying shampoo, and Color therapy mask. Additionally, the conditioner I received is damaged with a broken lid fixed with sticky tape. This is very disappointing. I need the missing items urgently as I am leaving overseas for six weeks on Thursday. If this cannot be resolved, I would like a refund promptly so I can purchase from another source.

I purchased an item on eBay (Item Number: [redacted]85) that I thought included a DE10-NANO for under $[redacted]. The seller advertised it as "mister kit fpga [redacted] mb memory de10-nano + 8 gb sdhc card." However, upon receiving the package, I discovered it was just a 256MB RAM module, not what I expected. I've tried to return it, but the seller has cancelled my request multiple times, citing their return policy. eBay suggested opening a case with PayPal, but unfortunately, the case (Case ID: PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) was closed without a refund. I am now stuck with a product I can't use. What are my next steps?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with being charged twice for orders that were never actually placed or processed. When trying to buy something, my credit card repeatedly declined the charge. Eventually, I abandoned the purchase and bought what I needed from another seller once my card was working again. I did not receive an order confirmation for this second purchase, yet I was still charged twice. I did not receive any emails about the order. The transaction did not go through and I encountered an error message saying it could not be processed. I checked out as a guest, so I have limited information besides the two charges on my bank statement. The first time I ran an auction, I promptly shipped the item. However, according to USPS tracking, the auction winner refused the package. I am puzzled by this turn of events. The auction closed at $69, but the winning bidder outbid the previous one by just $1. I would have preferred to sell it to the initial bidder who offered $69 as they seemed reliable. It is common knowledge that buyers should honor their purchases. Could you please release the hold on my funds? I was assured in previous calls that this hold was temporary and would be lifted within the month. This situation is frustrating, as I have followed all guidelines diligently. It is concerning that the money is still being withheld. I clearly stated in my listing that returns are not accepted, so I am unsure how to proceed now that the item has been rejected. Also, the extensive wait times to reach eBay support are inconvenient. Is there an alternative way to contact customer service promptly? Thank you, D. Kerns

I recently had a listing on eBay removed due to an alleged violation of the "No outside sales" rule. However, I did not engage in any outside sales and believe this was an error. Despite forwarding numerous emails to eBay about these scam attempts, I was unable to respond directly through eBay's messaging system. Throughout this process, I received multiple requests from potential buyers to communicate via phone numbers provided, which I declined. Despite these challenges, I want to reassure eBay that I have adhered to all policies as a new seller on the platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I had an issue with an eBay seller in New York who affected my linked PayPal account. Due to his system errors, some orders were charged to my card and bank account in May. He even obtained my card details and OTP for a supposed refund but has not returned my money yet. When I offered a US bank account for a transfer, he insisted on more personal information to my friend's card. I have raised disputes with PayPal, and they have intervened by contacting him. Despite this, he remains uncooperative and even mentioned hacking an account for the refund payment. Here are his contact details: Email: <[redacted]> Phone: +1 [redacted] [redacted].
