Once again can’t access system to make my payments- I have been trying since Friday. I keep being told my login is wrong and I do a new password. When I again try to log in I’m told that my password is wrong even though I just redid one and it was accepted. I’ve done * new passwords and still can’t get online. I’m fed up with these ongoing issues and it’s gotten worse not better. I’ve wasted way too much time doing as prompted and getting nowhere. I’ve called every * I can find for WF to get a live person and that gets me nowhere. This is inconvenient, frustrating & unacceptable month after month and I will be extremely angry if Im penalized and receive a late payment because of your useless system. Why is there not an option to get Technical Assistance? Horrible service!
