I purchased a fantastic mattress from your store and would like to surprise my daughter with the same one for Christmas. I'd like it delivered to my home in Huddersfield. If she doesn't like it and it remains unopened in its original packaging, could I receive a full refund? I would also need assistance with the return and pick-up process. If I place the order tomorrow, when can I expect delivery, and what is the return window? Buying a second mattress is a risk as I'm unsure of her preference, but I truly admire your products and plan to make more purchases in the future.

I placed an order for a kettle with order number [redacted]34, and the estimated delivery was Tuesday, November 30th to Wednesday, December 1st. I received an email stating that the delivery was larger than expected for a kettle. However, I haven't received any further updates or the kettle itself. I'm unable to stay on the phone for long periods to inquire about this as it says the wait time is 20 minutes. I'm feeling disappointed as I just want to receive the kettle or get a refund without any excuses.

I purchased a vanity set for my daughter's birthday. She had been wanting it for a long time and it was the only gift she received this year. After my father's passing in September, we decided to find a way to get it for her despite the difficult times. We saved up and bought it on sale. The item was described as a "dressing table," but when it arrived, only a mirror was delivered, despite an email mentioning a partial delivery. After contacting Wayfair, they initially planned to send a replacement, but later they stated the item was discontinued. They directed me to the warehouse for replacement parts, which was supposed to be sent out promptly, but there were delays and poor communication. Eventually, I was informed that the missing parts would not be sent, and I was offered a gift card refund towards purchasing a more expensive vanity. Despite promises of callbacks that were not fulfilled, I was left dissatisfied with the service received and the handling of the situation.

I need assistance with getting a return label for the product I am sending back. I have been communicating with your sales and customer service department. They have attempted to send it twice, but I am unable to print it because my printer is not functioning. A neighbor has kindly offered to print it for me if it is sent to her email address, which I have provided below. You can ship the label to her, and she will assist me in printing it out. I purchased a Christmas tree from [redacted] in November. Despite calling multiple times, it has not been shipped yet. FedEx informed me that a label was created, but the tree remains at the facility. I was assured a refund after contacting customer service, but no action has been taken. I would like a prompt refund. Hello, I would like to use the French customer service as my preferred language since I am fluent in French. I encountered an issue with an order I made using PayBright. After completing the transaction with PayBright, I was redirected to your website and received an error message. However, in my PayBright account, I can see that the first payment was deducted for the order (Confirmation Number: [redacted]-[redacted]), but I have not received any confirmation from your side. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size Soaking Bathtub with a right-hand drain, order number [redacted] priced at $[redacted].10. Unfortunately, it does not fit the space in my bathroom. I kindly request the cancellation of this order and a refund to my Chase Visa card. The shipping status is still pending, so I hope the order can be stopped before shipment. Additionally, please cancel the bathtub drain with lift, order number [redacted], which was ordered simultaneously. Thank you. Hello, I placed an order three weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. I recently received another email informing me that my order has been delayed and will now arrive on 01/02/[redacted]. I am frustrated with this extended delay and the poor communication from Wayfair. I cannot wait for three months for an item, especially with family visiting during the festive season. I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service provided by Wayfair. I am requesting a refund for this order.

Regarding Invoice Number [redacted] Complaint I received six padded chairs named Magdalena D[redacted] with the above-mentioned invoice on August 1, [redacted]. Our daughter ordered the chairs using her account [redacted] due to our computer issues. The chairs were delivered and paid for by Peter and Esther Richter through the account listed as [redacted] These chairs were minimally padded, and even though I intended to return them, they weren't assembled immediately, and the return period lapsed. We barely used the chairs, and they are now severely worn. I am requesting a remedy for this significant issue (re-upholstering, exchange, partial refund?). Meanwhile, we ordered two more chairs, now named Kamren, but with the same item number D[redacted]92, and these chairs have no defects. Our legal insurance advised us to ask Wayfair to propose a resolution for the issue within four weeks, which we are now doing, and kindly request a resolution by January 15, [redacted]. Hello, I had a terrible experience ordering furniture from you. The hardware was incomplete, and even when they sent the legs, there were no screws to attach them. Now I have a sectional sitting in the middle of my floor, uninstalled. This whole experience was horrible, and no one offered any assistance. Please communicate with your furniture dispatchers. I am very disappointed with Wayfair; this was the worst experience. Thank you.

I purchased a Vitapur water cooler, invoice [redacted], through Wayfair, and it became defective after 10 months of normal use. I contacted ghpgrouping as instructed by Wayfair on October 15 for the 1-year warranty, but no solution has been provided to resolve my issue. After several conversations with Olivier Auberger from ghpgrouping, I am concerned about continuing to purchase through Wayfair if their suppliers are unreliable. Please address my problem promptly. As per consumer protection guidelines, any defective item before the warranty expiration date should be repaired, replaced, or refunded. I prefer a repair for my water dispenser, which has been dispensing only hot water since October 15 instead of cold water. Thank you for your attention to my concern. Jean St-Germain

I accidentally bought two of the same shower curtain and matching valance. I need to return one, but I don't have a printer for the return labels. The Pokan Okey Paisley Valance's order number is [redacted]. I couldn't find the order number for the Pokan Okey Paisley Shower Curtain. I shop with you frequently and this situation has caused me trouble. The pickup is scheduled for Monday, December 20, [redacted], and I need help to resolve this as soon as possible since I am in a wheelchair and can't get to FedEx. I purchased a rocking chair, but received two by mistake. I paid for both, totaling $[redacted].28. I also paid $5.14 for the return shipping. I printed the label and attached it to the box, but the FedEx delivery person refused to take the box as it was delivered. The tracking number is 2[redacted] [redacted]. The return address is L5S 1Z9. Did the delivery person expect a tip? I live in a multi-story building, and the reception staff were available to receive the delivery. Tracking number for FedEx [redacted]: I am inquiring about the current status of my order. Every time I order from your company, I experience issues with FedEx delivery. My residence has an electric gate that inhibits FedEx's entry without assistance. I've been home all day waiting for the package, and it's frustrating that Wayfair has no information regarding the whereabouts or estimated delivery time of the table. I have faced similar problems with FedEx during past orders. Having to allocate my time to wait for deliveries repeatedly is not ideal, and if this continues, I may need to find an alternative supplier.

I made a purchase on Wayfair in November for a set of 2 chairs priced at $[redacted].99 each. I ended up ordering 2 sets and paid $[redacted]. However, I received only one box containing 2 chairs. Upon contacting customer service and requesting to speak to a manager, I was directed to a supervisor. The supervisor explained that the website had incorrect information stating each chair was $[redacted].99. Despite their mistake, he insisted I had paid for 2 chairs and suggested I return them. Frustratingly, this was 3 weeks after my initial order, and with Christmas approaching, I needed the chairs for the holidays. Dealing with this unhelpful and impolite supervisor made this customer service experience the worst I've encountered. I now have to go through a cumbersome return process and find a new set of dining room chairs. While my past experiences with Wayfair were positive, this encounter has left me very dissatisfied. If only the supervisor had taken some responsibility for the error and communicated more professionally, this situation wouldn't have been as upsetting.

Requesting a 50% refund for these delays. Dear Wayfair, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the delays in my recent order. I was counting on the timely arrival of the prelit tree I purchased, especially given my physical limitations. Unfortunately, the delays resulted in me missing a significant event and having to scramble for last-minute decorations for a Christmas party. I was checking the total cost at the checkout, expecting it to be around £61, but it showed £[redacted] due now. I didn't proceed further or clicked on anything else. I am unsure if a purchase went through accidentally. I cannot commit to paying £[redacted] every two weeks. I suspect there might have been an error with adding extra items or costs, so I would like to cancel the transaction. I cannot afford the £[redacted] amount.

I purchased a vanity, but delivery men couldn't take it upstairs. After rescheduling for additional help twice and waiting all day without them showing up or calling, I am frustrated with the service. I even took time off work and was never home for the deliveries. Despite multiple failed attempts, Wayfair convinced me to try once more, but I received a missed delivery notice without anyone showing up. This unreliable service has caused me to miss work three times now. I am disappointed and no longer plan to shop with Wayfair, even though I liked the vanity. This situation has left me feeling upset.

Hello, I recently received an email from a floor installer, but I'm actually in need of new countertops and sinks for my kitchen and bath. Could you please cancel the order? It seems that you do not offer countertops. Additionally, my credit card company notified me about multiple charges for an over-the-range microwave that took two months to process despite being in stock. While you initially credited the amount back, it was later charged again twice causing a lot of inconvenience. I plan to file a complaint and inform my credit card company about this issue. I recently noticed an overcharge on the over-the-range microwave I ordered, and I realized my name was not included. My name is Donna Haake. I prefer not to call Wayfair again because it feels like I spend a lot of time on the phone with them. I've had issues with the last two products I purchased, and the email I received regarding a floor installer was not what I expected, as I was looking for countertops and sinks. It seems that Wayfair does not offer granite or quartz countertops, which was disappointing.
