The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

I placed an order with Wayfair on May **, ****. My order confirmation showed a delivery date of June *, ****. I ordered a bed, and was also purchasing a new mattress from another retailer. I placed the order for a mattress and requested a delivery date of June *, **** as per Wayfair's delivery. I then received an update that the bed from Wayfair would not be delivered until June **. Luckily, I was able to update my mattress delivery and move it to June **. This morning, I received an update that my Wayfair order would not arrive until end of day June **. It is now too late for me to change my mattress delivery, and now causes more issues for my husband and myself. Our mattress comes with "white glove delivery" including set up of the mattress and box spring. This now means our brand new mattress and box spring will be set up on the floor of our bedroom. I'm pregnant and cannot help my husband lift the mattress and box springs, so he will have to figure out how to do all of this himself because Wayfair did NOT adhere to their shipping timeline.

I called. Waited on hold about ** minutes. Cust rep could not answer for why my shipping was so delayed. There was nothing that could be done about the shipment itself. She offered to refund **% of the purchase price. I accepted. Entire phone call took ** minutes.
