Go to my vehicle to get my phone and my other credit card card I left in my vehicle to purchase my easter items, groceries, etc. ... I was stopped and falsely accused of theft. I emptied my purse and my belongings and showed them my Paul Mitchell salon apron.
I was falsely accused of theft and embarrassed by * wal mart employees in which one of them grabbed my shirt who made a huge mistake by implying i stole somethinh. I emptied my purse and showed them everything and they realized I had a made a false claim against me. They never apologized and I followed them back into the store asking what I did to make them think I stole or what they thought I had.
Reimbursement of my purchases that I went back in even after being false accused and embarrassed because I wanted to make my daughters easter special and I already had my basket fill and didn't want to ruin my daughters easter. Which has been ruined and I've had my clients calling me all day that had witnessed this asking what I stole. That was extremely embarrasing! Your employees need to be able to show and prove a theft and not falsely accuse anyone. I've been very loyal to Walmart and spent thousands of dollars and now I'm too barraged ro even go back and my clients or friends who passed now think I'm a thief. I feel I should be compensated for what happened and especially after the embarrassment I still went back in to purchase everything in my basket. I can take this to court if I need to to resolve this and future embarrassments to others. Your employs need to have extreme training on when to stop someone for theft and be completely certain they did. I can't write enough to explain how embarrasing this was. I could write so much more of how I was treated.
