I was in touch a few days ago but have lost the thread. I have misplaced my pay as you go phone that I use for my part time business. Been OST for * weeks. I was told it is not registered so you couldn’t send a new sim. I was sent a link to help swap to another network but when I had to take An I’d photo a message said it was too big and I couldn’t make it smaller so I got frustrated and left it. I need to get a replacement sim as my customer base and new enquires will be on the phone. Can you help please. The mobile number is ***********
