Flight vs** James Thomas Adrian white *We flew from dublin on Sunday **rd December to Gatwick ..*When we checked in we weren't told there where any problems with our flights.*When we we checked in with virgin in Gatwick where told unfortunately different plane and our seats that we had booked and paid for upstairs where now unavailable , . Are we getting refunded no-one told us anything . When we arrived at our departure gate we found out we weren't flying with virgin but womas , we have a child* young adult with learning disabilities and autism this was very upsetting for him as we hadn't prepared him for this ..plus there was no in-flight entertainment . Flight was the worst I've ever experienced very bad turbulence as we where sitting right at the back .child was petrified. Air hostess did there job but only just couldnt speak English . Service wasn't up to virgin standard this being one off the reasons we always book with yourselves.very disappointed**I know the drone business was out off your control but a bit off prior warning would have been great and at least a couple of your staff on board would have made some difference **On arriving in Orlando my suitcase got lost *Staff where great and very helpful .*Giving me a credit for$** ,, but as you might know the wife's * mum's case has the most stuff in it . Spent nearly $*** in walmark and that was only few things to get us through.**Phoned number i was giving on Sunday night , but no word on case still missing . Phoned again Monday morning **th Dec . Was in system but still hadn't be found .*Monday afternoon I phoned and it had been located in Gatwick and would be sent on plane arriving Orlando ***: agent said they would contact us when it arrived .*Virgin ground staff phoned us around *o'clock to say case arrived and they would deliver within the hour . We would have went for it but they said differently delivered tonight . So we went off to magic kingdom happy to know case would be there on our return and kids would get Christmas presents and me cloths . **Returned to hotel at **o'clock NO CASE *Reception said they would let us know if it showed up as we where very annoyed for the boys especially one with disabilities how to explain no Christmas pressies .**Rang reception at *o'clock in morning no sign of case so rang virgin again lady didn't know what happened couldn't contact delivery guys .. I know it was Christmas but we would have picked it up ourselves from airport but where assured it would arrive . Virgin staff said they would contact us by text , or phone as soon as it was located as we where going out on Christmas day . No-one contacted us all day . On return to hotel that night reception said case arrived round *.** in very disappointed
