I am the account owner. My issues are simple. I was told that after a $*.** down payment the phone was $** also that given I was going to be upgrading to the best plan my first only and initial bill would be $*** now I would love to be a customer I am disabled I see received SNAP benefits I would like to apply the American connectivity program credit and be able to help pay or offset my bill balance with a prepaid Verizon Mobile card due to the fact I know Verizon values is customers and their service and care I live alone I am now homeless I had a severe car accident I cannot work I have no family and I live on public assistance I have not so is there any way that Verizon would be willing to see a customer have a phone thank you please
