A rep submitted the wrong order for a new BYOD iPad line. It was supposed to have my **% discount on the tablet line but it doesn’t, and it was supposed to be an e-sim order but is a physical sim that is going to my house *** miles from where I currently am. My next bill is therefore $** higher than it should be. I want to cancel this pending order and make it right over the phone.
