My phone is shut off for non payment. the * is ***-***-****. my home landlin is ***-***-****. I need to get * months of past statements. I need to know exactly what I am being charged for because I think that I have been over charged for a long time. I may be wrong about that, but I cannot access you online or by phone. My email changed last December to *****@***.com because my *computer was compromised. I wanted to change it online, but have not been able to access at all. Ccan you please help me? I need to know how mucch longer is my contract with you and all I am being charged for. I do not need the Jetpack anymore. But since I cannot even view what I owe you and why and what I am being for, I need your help with this.
