I have tried to pay my bill for * weeks online and in-store. Now my account is locked. I don't want to reactivate service@ this time. I forgot passcode for instore payment. I have it now but I work *p - *a and can't get there now. Online, forgot password I don't have the phone readily available so when verification is sent I never get it. I'm just trying to make a payment...that's it. Before it ruins credit rating I have worked * years to correct due to a deadbeat exhusband.. help? Possibly?
