Account * *****************I received a letter informing me that there was “a recent device payment eligibility check performed on *my* account on **********....”*The letter further states that at that time my “account either did not qualify or qualified with a lower credit limit due to...” several listed reasons. *Several of the listed reasons seemed to relate to my credit history. **First, I know of no inquiry regarding my device or adding a new one. **Second, my credit is impeccable. I have a credit score of ****, and have never missed a payment to Verizon, or any other merchant. **Can you please tell me what this matter is about, and why there was a decline? **I appreciate your attention to this matter, and look forward to your clarification and reply. **Thank you. **Mr. Lonnie Clar
