We recently stayed at property ********. The owner gave us *-star ratings* however I received an email from VRBO on Sunday at *:** pm (pacific) that shows a *-star rating. Both Mr Peters AND I called VRBO yesterday (Mon, Aug **) and both were told his rating of me showed *-stars. Mr Peyers confirmed this by email: **“ Hi Nancy, **I just spoke with VRBO, *-***-***-**** **They advise me that that the reviews for you shows all fives. They also show that another property owner gave you a one. So they believe you have them confused. Recheck the email and make sure that you received the review for me that shows five stars. I’ve attached a phone number if you need to call them for any clarification. **Best, **Rick”**I confirmed with VRBO yesterday that there should be a *-star rating and your customer service was supposed to investigate. Today, however, from yoyr customer rep, Robert, it appears a *-star rating is showing.*** “Dear Nancy, **Thank you for contacting VRBO.com Customer Support. **A *-star traveler rating was received for your profile on August **th. It was submitted by Rick P. If you feel this rating was submitted in error, I recommend reaching out to the owner and asking them to contact us directly for assistance in getting the rating removed.* *Visit help.vrbo.com for answers to frequently asked questions. **Best regards, **Robert *VRBO.com Customer Support “**Robert did NOTHING to contact me nor to resolve this issue, when VRBO CONFIRMED yesterday with borh Mr Peters and myself there is and always only was a *-star rating.**PLEASE REMOVE THE *-STAR RATING AND CONFIRM WITH ME YOU HAVE ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE!!!!!!
