I bought a SB****-F* at a walmart in Rancho Cordova Ca on **-**-**** got it home and it did not work properly after an over an hour call your company decided it was broken, sent me out a new one with a credit card guarantee from me. I sent the original back, hooked up the replacement and it acted the exact same and again after I think * long calls your company said to give them permission to charge my credit card until the old one was received. After the second one came from you it worked fine I had boxed up the broken one as before but must have misplaced the shipping label so I called a person @ vizio said I must have tossed it with the old box to the garbage so they said they would email me one I could print out at home. I received the email and printed it out used clear shipping tape to affix it to the red box that the second one came in. At that time I figured all was OK the fed-ex place gave me a receipt when I dropped it off. Then approx *-** days later the red box returned this time with a different delivery slip affixed to it. I was working **-** hour days it was ** weeks before I had the time to open it I didn't know if it had been repaired or not but I did look at my credit card and it was charged $***.** without my consent at least weeks*month after the second replacement came from your company.*Now that I am sequestered for the virus I call to complain I had opened it up figuring it was mine now that I had been charged for it without my consent and it was the old broken unit I sent off weeks prior. I have been on the phone for *-* hours today going though all the testing to show it was not functioning correctly they got the serial number from it. After thinking about all the time I was spending with more time on the phone I started thinking why can't I get a discount on this * trips to the fed-ex place unpacking and repacking all this stuff back into the boxes I should receive some sort of restitution. Remember I paid for one and now have * I have paid for cause you charged my card well after the deal was finished. I asked one of the people on the fix it line to hook me up to some one I could talk to I got one person that was useless then got a guy that spoke English I could understand a Justin in Iowa he said he was as far up as I could go when asking him for a phone number to someone higher up than he. He just wanted money and couldn't explain how I had the box in question with different shipping labels told him I would email him a picture showing where they removed my label and placed the new one. I explained everything to him me finally thinking why should I trust Vizio with my credit card again by now I should have some trust that I am going to return the box as I did all the-others. Mean while the guy on the phone (Justin in Iowa) said the reason my card got charged was because I never returned the last one. I then told him I was looking at the box in my office the sound bar came in - asked him, how did I get the box, are you saying I am lying about returning it. We went round and round *-* times till I was glad we weren't in the same room. I was getting to mad and don't enjoy at the age of ** having him imply I was lying about sending the box back that came back to me a week or so later. He said the sticker they sent was still out and had never come back, I told him I didn't see one (shipping label) when I was getting ready to ship it, so I contacted someone at vizio they sent me one via Email to print at home witch I did.*I am asking to get the broken one which was the second one you sent me repaired at this point I don't want to give my card number again last time it cost me $***.** for a broken sound bar & hours of my time. Thanks...... if I sound mad I apologize this guy was the first A- hole I've dealt with at your company thanks for what you can do in advance.
