The TV will not respond to the app on my phone consistently, the app on my phone will stop working at random times and I will have to close it out and re open it several times before it will work properly, the tv throws up error messages saying it can not SmartCast at the moment constantly, in the middle of watching something on Netflix or Amazon Prime, the sound will stop working and it is connected to my sound bar via optical cable. The error message currently displayed is tqv-pm-***(*.*.*)
