I am writing this email in regards to the numerous issues I have been having with **” *:* sound bar I bought in January of ****. I have had * different replacement sound bars for numerous issues ( stopped turning on, no sound coming out of speakers, turning off spontaneously). I am currently on my * replacement sound bar and this one Spontaneously turns off after * hours. I have contacted customer support and because the sound bar is out of warranty they said I need the proof of sale (which was over a year ago and I don’t have). I have been completely frustrated since buying this sound bar and this current situation just adds to it. I would have hoped that a company as big as Vizio would have a better solution to my problem. Thank you
