I was charged twice for the same trip on August 26, [redacted], at 1:35pm with Monica, heading to [redacted] Rock and Roll Blvd in Cleveland. The company has debited my card twice, and despite trying to resolve the issue with their customer service, I have not received any assistance. I even provided a photo copy of my bank statement showing the duplicate $17.60 charge, but there has been no response. I am requesting a refund of the $17.60 back to my credit card since I already paid this amount last month.

I have had the Uber app on my phone for quite some time but never used it. I recently discovered a charge of $9.99 labeled as "Uber Pass" on my bank statement from October 13th. I did not authorize this charge and would like a refund. I am unsure what an "Uber Pass" is and haven't yet decided if I will use Uber or Lyft. As someone on disability with limited funds, I kindly request that you reverse this charge, as it was taken without my knowledge or consent. Please assist. I had three doctor appointments today and missed my second one due to being late. When I tried to order an Uber ride, I noticed it connected me with a female driver I didn't recognize, requesting a tip of 20% or more. I haven't used Uber in weeks and the location it showed was in Aurora, Colorado, not near my home in Northglenn. I couldn't proceed with the order and felt blocked until I paid. I never intended to pay for a ride I didn't take. Can you please help resolve this issue and possibly reset my account? Today, on the 19th of October [redacted], I paid the full fare of INR [redacted].00 for my journey from South City Mall to Gariahat. However, I encountered an issue where the driver claimed I had not paid the correct fare and even returned Rs. 3 to me. Subsequently, I had to make an additional payment of INR [redacted].00 for my return trip from Gariahat to South City Mall in addition to the original fare of INR [redacted].00. I kindly request an investigation into this matter to understand and resolve the discrepancy promptly. Furthermore, I suggest that issuing receipts for payments made would serve as an effective way to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Today, I requested a ride from [redacted] Fallsway in Baltimore. When the driver arrived and I tried to wave them down, they looked at me, drove past, and canceled the ride. Shortly after, another driver picked me up promptly and took me to my destination. I was deeply disappointed by the first driver's behavior, as it seemed they may have passed me by because of my race. Such treatment is unacceptable, and I will not stand for it. I have always treated drivers with respect and kindness, and it is disheartening to experience discrimination based on my race. Moving forward, I will seek out alternative services that value and appreciate me as a customer.

I have encountered repeated issues with your transport service regarding pick-up locations. Tomorrow, on Saturday, October 22, [redacted], I require an Uber to pick up my family member at [redacted] Large St. situated on the East side of the Blvd. There are two [redacted] Large St. addresses, one close to Cottman Ave and the other near Cheltenham Ave and Roosevelt Blvd on the East side. The problem arises when I request a pick-up from the East side location, as drivers often end up at the wrong one due to being unfamiliar with the area. I urgently need the driver to arrive at the correct pick-up point for a memorial service for my mom. I wish to schedule an Uber for 9 am on Saturday morning at the [redacted] Large St. location on the East side of Roosevelt Blvd. and Cheltenham. I seek guidance on ensuring the driver locates the correct address. This matter is time-sensitive as I have experienced no less than ^ canceled Ubers.

Hello, I am reaching out to the Uber executives in the hope of being granted a second chance to reactivate my driver account. I have been a dedicated Uber driver for years, consistently providing top-notch service and receiving high ratings from passengers. Driving for Uber has been a fulfilling experience for me, surpassing my 20-year career as a professional limo/taxi driver. Unfortunately, I made a mistake after the pandemic restrictions were lifted in Maryland. I was pulled over for speeding after celebrating with some wine on my day off. Despite admitting to having a drink, all charges were dropped in court, with no points added to my driving record. However, I did complete alcohol prevention classes as part of the process, which now appears on my driving record. I regret that this one error has led to the suspension of my Uber driver account. I assure you that I take the responsibility of driving seriously, as I believe in maintaining a safe environment and providing quality service to passengers. I respectfully ask for a reconsideration of my case, highlighting my clean driving record, high ratings, and the court's decision to dismiss the charges. Hello, my name is Aditya. I have encountered a recurring issue with Uber bike and auto bookings. For the past three days, when attempting to book a ride from my pickup location at Park Hospital, Sec 1 Palam Vihar near Choma Gaun, I continuously receive a message stating that no drivers are available. When a driver does confirm, they later cancel upon reaching my pickup point. This has been a frustrating experience, wasting a total of one hour of my time. This problem has only started recently, as in the past few years I have not faced any such issues with Uber bike services. I urge Uber to address and resolve this matter promptly. I sent a package this morning and already paid for it. Unfortunately, the driver, Subho, became unreachable after taking my parcel. His bike number is WB24AF1107. Please return my parcel and refund my money promptly. It would be greatly appreciated if the refund could be processed by tomorrow at the latest. I urge you to take appropriate actions against the unprofessional behavior of the driver. This has been my worst delivery experience so far.

I recently took a 10-minute trip from Huntsville airport to my office using Uber. Initially, the fare estimate was $33, but when I booked the ride, it jumped to $92. There was no waiting time, and the ride was quick. I find this price increase unreasonable and would like a $60 credit as my company may not fully reimburse me. I booked an Uber taxi on 05.10.22 to Chennai Central. I paid ₹[redacted] to Vijayacabs via GPay on the same day before exiting the car, but Uber is showing it as unpaid. Due to this, I am unable to book any further rides. This has greatly upset me, especially as an elderly person. I am disappointed with Uber's service. Please address this issue promptly. I am a passenger from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I had booked a Red Maruti Suzuki MH02EH3837 from Andheri to Prabhadevi. Despite waiting for the driver for more than 15-20 minutes and trying to help him with the traffic, the driver continued to ask where I wanted to go repeatedly. This behavior almost caused a serious accident. The driver canceled the ride himself, and in the next ride, I ended up paying an extra [redacted] rupees. I request immediate action against the driver named Santosh. I am considering filing a police complaint and taking legal action against both the driver and Uber due to the lack of customer service support. This incident occurred today, 9th October [redacted], between 6:30 to 7:00 PM.

I am experiencing difficulty with UBER's mobile website. When attempting to select a ride on m.uber.com, I encounter errors. Customer service responses seem automated and do not address the specific issue I am facing. The contact form lacks an "Other" category for unique problems. Additionally, they do not seem familiar with the concept of different client/server versions for mobile websites and assume everything is related to the app. Responses mainly reassure me that there are no account issues without addressing the technical glitch. I am struggling to reach a technical support representative for a personalized response.

I have been trying to reach Uber all day since this morning when I was dropped off at Oliverios on old US Highway [redacted]. My phone was left in the Uber driver's car. I have been attempting to contact Uber since this morning. The driver claims you only got in touch with him 2 hours ago. I want to access all his trip information because I will pursue legal action for any possible charges. It is absurd that another passenger could have taken my phone when I contacted support all day from other phones. I live in the country, and my shift is over, but I don't have my phone. I offered a friend a ride using my credit card on the Uber app. However, I later realized that she had saved my credit card details on her phone without my consent. I noticed unauthorized transactions on my card through the Uber app, even though I had never used Uber with my card before. When I confronted her, she denied it. Hello! I'm Anne Moore. I am a mother of an adult with Down syndrome. I am curious if there are any programs similar to what I described that Uber supports in other parts of the country. Transportation can be challenging for adults with disabilities who seek independence. It would be beneficial to have a service that certifies drivers as disability-friendly, provides thorough training in communication with disabled individuals, emphasizes passenger hand-offs, and even uses in-vehicle cameras for real-time monitoring. I've heard of Go Go Grandma but I'm interested to hear about other options. If you have any information on such an organization, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your assistance.

I placed an order for £86.55 on Nov 13th at Irie Shack Catheys. The order went through but then the restaurant called to say they couldn't provide many of the vegan dishes, leaving us with just chips. When I tried to cancel due to their error, they refused. I attempted to contact support but was put on hold for £6 and couldn't get through. The live chat was equally unhelpful with a 13-minute wait time that kept increasing. The situation is frustrating, and I expect a full refund as soon as possible for both the order and the £6 charge. The service from Uber Eats and the restaurant is terribly inadequate, especially with the restaurant not answering calls all evening.

We are a small automotive garage called Delta Car in Kitchener, ON. We provided mechanical repairs for an Uber driver named Rebwar Adelian on Nov 2. Even though the driver mentioned he couldn't pay until Nov 8, the bill remains unpaid. We extended the deadline based on his assurances (Nov 8, 11, 14). Since September [redacted], Uber has unexpectedly stopped accepting payments from my Paypal account. I can still use Paypal for other transactions, but I can't remove or re-add the payment method on Uber. Should I try adding a different payment method? I have outstanding payments for two rides, and I'm unsure why Paypal isn't working as my default. Any advice? - Peter Warth

I mistakenly left my cell phone in an Uber ride from Jet Lane at 8:27 to West William Cannon Drive at 11:10, about 1.5 hours ago.
