I am new to Uber. I scheduled an advance ride with Uber to be picked up at *:** to *:** AM in the morning going to the airport in Portland, OR. The only option I have in the trip section is to cancel ride. Nowhere does it indicate that I actually will be picked up. Everything I have read says I will be contacted ** hours prior to my pick-up. This has not happened. It also indicated that I could send a message to the driver. I have no way to know who my driver is as I am assuming I have not been matched with one. How do I know if I will be picked up in the morning???
