I recently took an Uber trip with an original ride price quote of $8.80. The driver mistakenly went over a toll bridge, causing Uber to charge me for the tolls of $20. Despite disputing this, Uber first refunded me to the original price of $8.80, but then unexpectedly adjusted the price to $48.80, possibly including the toll amount again without explanation. The trip was from my home in Fort Lee, NJ, to a pain clinic in the same town, and the driver crossed the George Washington Bridge into New York City. Unfortunately, Uber's support feature has not been helpful, as they claim the price was adjusted once and will not change it again. In conclusion, I am facing a charge of $48.80 for a short trip due to the driver's error in crossing a toll bridge unnecessarily.

This morning, we booked a vehicle for 7:07 am to go to Sri Lakshmi Ammal Engineering College using Uber. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, they refused to take all four passengers despite my explanations. They also refused to cancel the trip. There was no option to cancel and rebook another Uber without incurring a penalty of Rs.[redacted], which we paid. Please refund the above amount or credit it towards my next trip as this mistake was made by the Uber driver, not us. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I am Rose Montagnino, and I am dealing with a concerning Uber incident. During my stay at the Roslyn Hotel Tapestry on Old Northern Blvd in Roslyn while visiting my son at the LIJ Medical Center in New Hyde Park, I encountered issues with the Uber drivers. Despite providing clear instructions for pick-up, a driver on November 7th failed to locate me, causing me distress. I was ultimately picked up by a different driver for my hospital visit. Upon my return, I noticed multiple charges on my account for that day, despite only making one trip each way. I kindly request the removal of the extra charges from November 7th as the experience was extremely frustrating, especially considering my son's health situation. The missed appointment due to the driver's delay further added to my stress. I urge Uber to address this promptly to avoid any negative impact on your company's reputation. Rose Montagnino

I ordered from Dunkin Donuts in Virginia on 11/5. I ordered a Frozen Chocolate and Sourdough Breakfast, but I never received the Sourdough Breakfast. I requested a refund on 11/5, and I am disappointed that I have not received it yet. I kindly ask for the refund to be processed promptly. I have been let down by the poor service provided by Uber Eats, and my patience is running thin. I urge for my refund to be issued without further delay.

I placed an order through Dunkin' Donuts on Uber Eats on 11/5. I ordered a Frozen Chocolate and Sourdough Breakfast. Unfortunately, I only received the Frozen Chocolate after waiting for almost an hour, missing the Sourdough Breakfast. I requested a refund on 11/5, but after not receiving it, I tried again and it showed as processed. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Could you please process the refund promptly? Thank you.

I currently have an Uber account in Mexico, where I reside. I am now in the U.S. and facing challenges updating my contact phone number and credit card details. I attempted to create a U.S. account with my U.S. cell number but was informed that my account was disabled. Dealing with the app has proven to be quite frustrating and not user-friendly.

I have noticed an unauthorized subscription fee of $24.99 on my Uber account. I did not sign up for this subscription and I do not want it. I need assistance in having this charge removed from my account. I am confused as to how this subscription was added without my consent as I have no intention of using an Uber subscription service. This has been happening for a while, and I believe I am entitled to a refund as the addition of this subscription to my account seems fraudulent.

Hello, I lost my phone with the number [redacted] in an Uber cab at DA Flats Gate, Hari Nagar, Delhi. I confirmed with the Uber driver, Praveen Kumar, at mobile number [redacted], cab number HR55AF4461, but they did not find the phone in the cab. The driver and I suspect that the next rider who was picked up an hour after me, from Hari Nagar to Connaught Place, may have stolen my phone and turned it off. Can you please help me register a complaint and provide a response? Kindly share the next rider's mobile number after me so that I can call them or your team can contact the driver or next rider to confirm the whereabouts of my phone. Issue with my Uber trip... I want to bring to your attention a problem that needs urgent action. On Nov 10th at 9:46 AM, trip TN02AY7951 totaled Rs [redacted]. Although my Uber account is set to use GPAY for payment, due to low balance, I paid the driver Rs [redacted] in cash. Even though your records show I haven't paid, I indeed gave cash for this ride. My subsequent trip on Nov 10th at 12:15 PM, trip TN18BA1523 with Mr. Arumugam, amounted to Rs [redacted]. The final payment deducted from my account was Rs [redacted], which included the previous Rs [redacted] that I had already paid in cash. Thus, I have been charged twice for the same ride, and I request an immediate refund for the duplicate Rs [redacted] payment. I am seeking assistance from customer service to resolve this issue promptly. The lack of response and assistance from Uber so far has been frustrating.

I have been trying to reach out regarding the $35 owed to me for multiple rides that were never fulfilled. On two occasions the Uber driver did not show up after I paid $10 for the trip. Another time, the driver canceled the ride because of my son's car seat. I had to pay $10 again for another Uber to finally pick me up. It is frustrating to be charged without receiving the service. I rely on these rides to pick up my daughter from daycare after work. Having a direct customer service phone number would greatly improve the experience. Your customers are essential to your business, and I expect a refund promptly. Otherwise, I will consider switching to Lyft and I will escalate my complaint until this matter is resolved professionally.

I recently took an Uber, and unfortunately, the driver (not my usual driver, Oumar, who provides excellent service) drove off as I was trying to get into the car in front of my friend's house. I tried to signal him to stop to no avail. I couldn't find a suitable way to report this incident through the app. Do you have customer support staff available for real-time assistance? This behavior was highly unprofessional, and I would like to know how Uber deals with drivers displaying such conduct. Despite reducing my Uber usage due to COVID, I am a loyal customer who typically spends around $2,[redacted] to $3,[redacted] annually on your services. While I am currently staying home more often, I anticipate resuming my regular usage in the future. I would appreciate specific responses regarding this matter. Thank you, Steve

Hello, my name is Ashwani Rathore, and I am the husband of Shilpi Devi. Today, we booked a ride from E1604, City Apartment, Aditya World City, NH - 24, Ghaziabad to Deep Bhavan, Noida Sector 24 using my wife's phone number [redacted] and her email [redacted] Unfortunately, I left my cell phone in the car while deboarding. The phone, a Redmi 5 with a broken screen and a blue cover with a black side, also contains my Indian Bank debit card and important personal data. The driver, Benjamin Mesahi from Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad, drives a Tata Jest [redacted] model with a number plate ending in [redacted], as far as I remember. Hello Uber Support, On 11/24 at 2:53 pm, I had a ride with John in a Chevy Suburban with license plate [redacted]. Unfortunately, I left an empty purse in the car without realizing it. John kindly returned it, but there was a misunderstanding with the valet who described it as a wallet. When John tried to give it back, the valet refused it. Despite my name being on the purse, John threw it in frustration and left abruptly. I have noticed that this driver's attitude has been aggressive in previous rides, and this incident has left me uncomfortable. It's not the first time, and I feel it's necessary to report this behavior, especially considering his good driver rating. I kindly request not to be matched with this driver in the future. I am new to using Uber. I scheduled a ride in advance to go to the airport in Portland, Oregon, in the early morning hours. However, in the app, I only see the option to cancel the ride and not any confirmation that I will be picked up. I have not received any contact from a driver as expected 24 hours before the pick-up time. Also, I cannot send a message to the driver because I don't have any information about who my driver is or if I have been matched with one. How can I confirm that I will be picked up in the morning?

I used an Uber for a trip from my apartment to Schnucks. On my way back, I realized my phone was missing. I retraced my steps with no luck, even checking at the store. I believe it may be in the Uber driver's car. The phone is blue with a cracked screen and has a finger hole/stand on the back. Can you please reach out to the drivers to inquire about my lost phone? I let a friend order food using my Uber Eats account, and he spent $60 without my permission. I changed my password to prevent further charges, but he tried to make more purchases which were declined by PayPal. Uber now wants me to pay for those declined charges. How do I dispute this with Uber?

As a full-time Uber driver of three years, I recently faced a sudden account inactivation due to an unprocessed background check. Despite numerous calls to driver support, I received promises of resolution but no concrete actions. The lack of notice about my account status and the inability to speak with a supervisor has left me without work for over a week. The prolonged wait, unhelpful responses, and being hung up on by multiple reps have been extremely frustrating. My hope is to quickly resolve this issue so I can resume working on the Uber app. The current level of customer service for drivers like myself has been disappointing, and I'm eager to have this matter resolved promptly.

The driver deliberately took a longer route to increase the fare instead of reaching our destination in the estimated time frame. He even insisted we pay for tolls, further increasing the cost of the ride. Had he taken the correct route, the fare would have only been [redacted] rupees. Despite my objections and pointing out a shorter route, he misled us by claiming it was the one shown on the map. Additionally, he falsely stated that the final fare displayed at the time of booking would be honored, but eventually demanded [redacted] rupees. I am seeking a prompt refund for this overcharged amount.

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to book a ride on Uber after receiving unexpected refunds for "questionable charges" on my account. I have been experiencing issues scheduling rides since Uber issued refunds for "questionable charges" without my request about two weeks ago.
