I reserved a ride from Riddhi Siddhi Apartment, Phase 1, near Al Zam Zam Hotel on Ambazari Bypass Road, Nagpur to Orivision Nursing Home. A driver named Ritz was assigned but he didn't stay at the pick-up point and canceled the trip. I then booked another ride for the same destination but now I'm being asked to pay the balance, which I believe is unfair. This has happened before, and I'm very disappointed with the drivers' behavior. I've faced similar issues in the past with Uber. Unlike Ola, when I call Uber drivers, they ask for the Uber account number which I don't have. With Ola, you get directly connected to the driver. I hope for a call back to resolve the situation regarding these cancellation charges. My phone number is [redacted].

Uber - I recently had my credit card hacked while vacationing in Thailand. Thankfully, my bank sent me a new card after canceling the old one. Now that I'm back home in Marietta, Ga, I tried to update my payment details on Uber. However, the platform only listed Thai cities and didn't recognize my hometown. I attempted to input the new card information, but Uber didn't accept the outdated details and refuses the new ones. It seems the only way to update the payment details is through logging in, which I am unable to do. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

I have been receiving treatment for severe leg pain recently, making it challenging for me to walk. Despite booking an Uber in the morning, the driver dropped me off at the entrance of my IT park instead of taking me closer to my office. Even though I explained my situation, he insisted I get out. I ended up having to walk the remaining distance, worsening my condition. I have been a loyal Uber customer for almost a year but now considering switching to OLA. I urge Uber to ensure their drivers treat customers with compassion and respect. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent such incidents in the future.

Last time I booked an Uber ride from Shastri Nagar to Kawar Nagar. Initially, I requested for a door-to-door drop, but the driver didn't come to my location. I had to bring my sick, elderly mother with me. When I suggested an alternative route due to a road closure at Chand Pol, the driver refused to listen, spoke rudely, and charged me a waiting fee. He even cancelled the ride halfway, causing a lot of trouble for me and my mother. Despite multiple issues, the driver was disrespectful and uncooperative. I had to pay Rs. 50 even though the driver cancelled the ride forcibly. The way he treated us throughout the journey was unacceptable. Please address this problem before I book another Uber. Remove the previous payment details and provide assistance, or else I will have to take this matter to the consumer court. On that day, my mother, who is elderly and unwell, faced a lot of distress. I was charged $19.00 for tolls I did not take. I have received a response, but it is unsatisfactory. I would like to speak with a supervisor. Hello, I am reaching out for the third time seeking assistance, feeling increasingly frustrated. My Uber and Uber Eats accounts are linked to my old email address, [redacted], which has been deactivated. I am unable to remember the password or log in to the account, making me incapable of deleting it. I've been informed I cannot change the email for security reasons, but I am concerned about my inactive card details on the platform. I wish for help either deleting the account to re-sign up with a different credit card or, more effectively, regaining access without the email. Please refrain from stating again that I cannot be assisted.

I have attempted to reach out to Uber regarding my trip in Paris, France on June 12 several times without any response. The driver, Mustafa, arrived late, and I was overcharged for the ride to Gare de Lyon. The route shown on my receipt does not match the actual drop-off location, indicating that someone else continued the trip after I got out. Despite receiving a partial refund, the issue has not been adequately addressed. I believe I was charged for another passenger's trip. I request a full refund and an apology for this situation.

On June 16, I contacted Uber regarding a quote to Tullamarine from Rye, VIC, but the quote should have been from my Melbourne address. When the gentleman called to confirm the call-out, I explained the situation was only for a quote. My bank's Fraud Department alerted me about the charge, and I assured them it was an error and that the driver was aware and no fee was to be incurred. However, I was surprised to see a $[redacted] charge on my bank statement for a ride I did not take. The bank suggested I contact Uber to address this issue and have the $[redacted] refunded. Thank you, BC. I will be at a fundraiser lunch but available later this afternoon to discuss this matter further.

When trying to use the Uber app, I entered my mobile phone number, but it showed a red message saying it's already in use by someone else. I suspect it might be linked to a different email address. I couldn't recall my old Gmail, so when I got a new phone, I asked for help in creating a new email. Initially, my son's phone number didn't work, but then he used mine successfully. Later, when I tried to use my account, I got the same "in use" message. After discussing with my son, he managed to switch back to his number, but mine continues to show the same error. While in Mexico, I ordered food on Uber Eats for about 4 USD, which is approximately 87 pesos. After canceling the order, I was informed that I would be charged, which was acceptable as it was a small amount. I did not have sufficient funds in my Uber account at that time because I was attempting to use a promo code that didn't apply to my order, prompting me to cancel. Upon returning to California the next day, I loaded 25 USD onto my Uber card. When I tried to use Uber for a ride, I discovered I couldn't proceed due to an outstanding charge. The 87 pesos charge had somehow transformed into 87 USD, though the transaction was in Mexico, so it should still be 4 USD. I simply want to settle the correct amount, around 4-5 USD, and continue using Uber as usual.

I had a terrible experience ordering the family meal with 12 piece tenders. The order was supposed to include 6 biscuits, two sides (mashed potatoes and fries), and two cokes, but I only received the chicken and the cokes. I contacted Uber Eats, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful. Despite being on the phone with them for about 25 minutes, I couldn't get a full refund. Uber Eats charged me $52.74, while the total order cost was $45.95. They are only refunding $34.15, which covers the family meal and part of the service fee. I also blame the driver for not verifying the order correctly before delivery. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

I encountered an issue with my card while trying to make payments on the Uber app. I had used the card multiple times without a problem until I suddenly received an "invalid payment method" error message. Initially, I suspected someone had reported me, but after speaking with an Uber driver, I learned they couldn't influence payment methods. This situation left me puzzled because the app permitted me to use the card five times before flagging it as invalid. Despite receiving the error message, I checked the card's validity by attempting a transaction today since I only received the card yesterday. It is a UFCU debit card that remains functional for transactions. Even after removing and re-adding the card on my account, I continued to encounter the same "invalid payment method" issue. I am seeking assistance to resolve the issue with my account so that it may be reinstated. The account had a good standing from [redacted] through April/May [redacted]. On April 20, [redacted], we purchased a new Apple iPhone XR from the Apple Store at Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, GA, Atlanta. The Apple Team transferred all data from an iPhone 7, including the Uber App with about $[redacted]-$[redacted] in the account balance. Unfortunately, we are unable to access records to verify this as the account is blocked. Following the purchase, we noticed charges on our American Express bill and after contacting Uber, discovered that the money in question had been transferred to the new phone during the purchase. Uber stated it would take 3-5 business days to rectify the situation. Once the funds were returned, the charges appeared on the American Express bill, leading to a double billing scenario. We only learned of the disabled account on June 16, [redacted], and rely on Uber for transportation due to my inability to drive. Urgent assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated to restore our previous good standing.

I am struggling to contact customer care regarding my order issues with Uber Eats. My first order using the promo code save40 did not apply the 40% discount as promised. I am extremely frustrated with the app's service. I have been trying to address an issue with my ride since yesterday at 12:45 pm on 27/06/[redacted], and it is now 2:02 am on 28/06/[redacted], but I still have not received any support. This is the third time this has happened to me. The driver declined the trip and canceled the ride, yet I was unfairly charged the cancellation fee. I am not willing to pay extra for something that was not my fault. Please remove the cancellation fees immediately or provide me with the Uber contact number. I attempted to reach out to Uber customer service, but the phone number I found was incorrect.

I scheduled a ride for 4:30 pm, but the driver contacted me from one number asking for my location in Sitapura, Jaipur. He requested to cancel the ride, stating he couldn't make it. I found an auto in the meantime. However, after 5 minutes, he called from a different number inquiring about my location. Feeling misled, I reminded him that he had asked me to cancel earlier due to being unable to come. He denied making that call. It's disheartening when a driver refuses initially, prompting the customer to cancel. It's frustrating when the customer arranges another mode of transport, only to receive a call after 5 to 10 minutes asking for location and additional charges.

I have been using Uber without any issues up until I changed my phone number about a month ago. Since then, I've been experiencing problems with the app. I recently relocated to Arizona two weeks ago and added a Uber gift card to my account. However, I got unexpectedly logged out and was informed about an unpaid balance. I have evidence that the last payment from my card was successfully processed according to my statement. I'm puzzled by this situation. I've been trying to reach my destination since early morning as I have a family funeral to attend in Diamond Valley. I'm feeling quite upset as no one seems to be listening to my issue, and I've been unable to explain the situation to anyone, as there have been no callbacks.

This was my first time using Uber. I was in the process of planning a trip using the Uber app on my mobile phone. Once I selected the type of car, the trip was instantly scheduled without an option to set a pick-up time. I reached out to the driver, explaining my mistake and seeking to cancel the trip. Within seconds of searching online, I found a solution, but upon my return, I discovered the driver had already canceled the trip, and Uber had charged me $5. I feel this is unjust as: 1. I had communicated my intention to cancel the trip, yet the driver proceeded, resulting in the $5 charge. 2. I was unaware that selecting the car type would automatically book the trip. Moreover, I did not receive the promotional code promised to first-time users. I kindly request the reimbursement of the $5 charge and the issuance of the promo code.
