The issue in GetHuman-amlippa's own words
I took a ride with uber back from the airport on **** and several trips between then and ****. I know that I had an expensive Bose QuietComfort Noise Canceling Headphone case when I returned him on the evening of ****, but in the afternoon of **** noticed that I didn’t have them in my bag or anywhere at home. I contacted Uber support that day through the app requesting help with contacting the several drivers I rode with in between the time I last had them and first noticed them missing, because there have been so many rides. I’ve received nothing but canned responses to my requests for help—none of them addressing what I asked help with. Several days go by between their responses and my messages now, with several never getting responses at all. This has now been going on since **** (* days) and I’m at my wit’s end. I have been told that I cannot escalate the issue and higher and the customer support has been worse than spirit Airlines. Lyft seems to manage human beings able to respond to what I write to resolve matters, but Uber has been disappointing so far. I’ve even requested the contact information for the Office of the Customer at Corporate, I’ve been so frustrated. I’d appreciate a call at ***.***.****, but at this point I’d settle for a responsive, responsible representative contacting me by email.
