Last night I ordered from applebees through uber eats. When the driver approached my house i walked outside and saw him drive away at that point. He stole my food and when I called applebees to confirm my order was picked because I have not received my order even though the driver said he had dropped it off. They said I was the second person to call about this same driver to report the same issue. I spent almost $** on food that I never received. As you can see that he never tried contacting me also. I am very upset about this and will not be using this app again. I would like a refund of my money also. I am tempted to file a report with the police also so if you could provide me with angel (the driver) full name that would also be helpful. He stole my food and uber stole my money. I have been reaching out to support on my app but none has responded or attempted to call me. This is extremely unprofessional.
