This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
The issue in GetHuman-shadenia's own words
I took an Uber from New York airport to Brooklyn, the uber guy at the airport said $** USD, when we got home we realised they charged us $** USD and failed to send us a receipt like they said they would. I would like a refund of the balance outstanding for the over charge. Thanks Donna
