I have resided at 12 Galleria Drive, San Antonio, TX [redacted] for 31 years. Unfortunately, the key to our mailbox at the end of the street is no longer functional. On Monday, June 28, [redacted], around 1:15 pm, I visited the Post Office on Huebner Road, where mail delivery is managed for our neighborhood. I informed the staff at the "hold mail" window about the issue, completed a form, and signed it. Until now, there has been no progress. Despite attempting to use our current key, it remains ineffective. I even left a note for our mail carrier near the mailboxes. I am seeking an alternative location to pay my PO box rent as I have encountered issues with the service at my local post office, including mail being returned to senders, misdelivery, and receiving unwanted mail. The behavior of some employees has been unprofessional, such as wearing name tags out of sight and using cell phones while assisting customers. I had a recent negative interaction while attempting to pay my box rent, and it is disappointing to see a decline in customer service compared to previous staff members I found more personable. I am interested in finding a more pleasant and efficient way to manage my PO box rental payments without experiencing confrontations with staff members.

Since Friday, July 2, [redacted], I placed outgoing mail in our mailbox with the flag up. However, when I checked yesterday, the mail was still there, and the same thing happened today. We have time-sensitive items and expect the mail to be picked up from our mailbox without needing to take it to the Post Office. Kindly pick up our mail promptly.

I am an employee at Ela Campground in Bryson City, NC, and for the past two years, we have been experiencing issues with our mail carrier and postmaster. We have 80 to 90 long-term camping sites and provide cluster boxes for our residents. Despite providing updated lists to the post office, our mail gets misdelivered, causing problems for residents needing important medications and checks. Despite many complaints and attempts to escalate the issue, nothing has been resolved. This negligence is putting people's lives at risk, and it is frustrating how little action has been taken. Our mail carrier refuses to deliver to our address despite my wife's wheelchair situation. There are sufficient turnarounds for their convenience on Daniel Lane. Even though located off Mount Misery Road, postal issues persist. I've voiced this to the New Oxford Post Master, but to no avail. Moving the mailbox closer to our home for package deliveries was accepted, so why not regular mail? I've provided a doctor's note as instructed, yet the post office rejects it. It's illogical that my wife, Tina, would struggle to access mail in our situation. The blacktop driveway offers easy wheelchair access to the mailbox, and the lane has multiple elderly residents with health limitations. Discriminating against seniors who have labored their whole lives is unjust. We have shared documentation with Mrs. Krichten, who can provide our details and a doctor's letter. I recently sent a package to a friend and tracked it online, showing it was delivered. Unfortunately, I discarded the receipt with the tracking number. On 7/3/21, Saturday, a postal worker, who I didn't recognize as my usual mail carrier, came to my door with two items needing my signature. Despite not feeling well, I signed without checking the sender. I received several pieces of mail, including a letter from Penn Medicine and my bank, which were not urgent, along with junk mail. I had ordered a treadmill from HQ that was due on 7/7/21 but hadn't arrived by 7/10. After contacting HQ, FedEx said it was scheduled for delivery on 7/12/21. Today, waiting until 9 p.m., the package still hadn't arrived. I suspect misconduct by the USPS worker who falsely initiated the signature requirement. I am in touch with FedEx to resolve the delivery issue and want to report the USPS incident.

I am seeking assistance with a missing package that needs to be re-delivered. I went to the Waunakee post office to collect it, but was informed I owed $0.15 as indicated on the envelope. Despite checking at the post office, they claimed they did not have the package. I contacted the Milwaukee [redacted]-ask-USPS helpline using Tracking code number [redacted]08 [redacted] provided on the card, but was informed it was the wrong code. I am now requesting that whoever has the package leave it at the front glass entrance for me to collect, enclosing $15 in an envelope. Prompt delivery is appreciated regardless of the time and date. I recently spoke with USPS and discovered that USPS did not generate the original shipping label, which unfortunately did not display the correct address ([redacted] Blackburn St Apt [redacted] Dallas, TX [redacted]). I urgently require an email from USPS verifying this information, which I will then submit to PayPal to request a refund. Thus far, the responses I have received only express apologies for the inconvenience, which has not been sufficient. All I need is written confirmation that the shipping label was not issued by USPS and contained the incorrect address. Despite multiple assurances from USPS representatives, I have yet to receive this crucial email after several attempts. Without this confirmation, PayPal cannot reimburse me for the undelivered package. Please assist promptly. Thank you.

I am searching for my KeyNetwork card for unemployment benefits. It was dispatched in a plain white envelope by KeyBank/Key2Benefits around the 8th or 9th of this month. I reckon the company is situated in New York. Can someone assist me in locating my card? How long will it take to arrive, or can it be held within a reasonable distance for me to collect it? I recently purchased a house built in [redacted], and I'm being informed that I cannot have a mailbox outside my property. The suggested solutions involve placing the mailbox on someone else's property by using a 5-gallon bucket filled with concrete or placing it out of order with the other mailboxes. Both options present issues as it could be considered on someone else's property and may lead to being asked to move it. I am hoping to find a suitable location for my mailbox to avoid any inconvenience or theft. I am not interested in getting a PO box. Despite being told there are no good options, I am determined to have a mailbox outside my house.

It was sent on July 23, [redacted], from Dr. Curtis T.-G.'s office at [redacted] S King Street, Honolulu, HI [redacted]. As of August 4, [redacted], I haven't received the package. I contacted the doctor’s office but was advised to call the post office. I purchased an item on eBay and realized during checkout that the delivery address was my old address in Norman, Oklahoma, while I currently reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Despite contacting the seller immediately to rectify the situation, the package was already en route to Oklahoma. I utilized the USPS intercept package service by paying $28 to redirect it to Albuquerque, specifically to the post office on Alvarado Street near my home. Unfortunately, I received a notice that the package lacked information for delivery and was being returned to the sender. I am Adel Balk, and I had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my international parcel on August 7th at 5:15 PM. According to online tracking, the package had been delivered to my mailbox at 9:24 AM on that day. However, despite checking my mailbox multiple times throughout the morning and early afternoon, the parcel was nowhere to be found, only some envelopes were there. I even witnessed a different mailman leaving my building around 3 PM. The contents of the package are crucial to my health as it contains traditional Chinese medicine that I rely on. On Sunday, August 8th, I was informed that a delivery attempt was not made due to lack of building access at 10:00am, which I believe is untrue. The assisted living facility where I reside has open doors and a receptionist from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Furthermore, residents were present at the front door at the stated time. Dear Sir/Madam, As a senior citizen, I mistakenly received a college student's financial aid information due to an address similarity with a neighbor. Due to a severe sciatica issue, I can't personally deliver the envelope. Attempts to contact the Auburn Gresham Postal Office at 83rd and Ashland have been unsuccessful. They advised leaving the info outside for the carrier, which I'm hesitant to do. Should I consider involving the police to ensure the confidential information reaches the correct recipient? I used priority mail to send a letter from Jupiter, FL to Miami, FL on 07/28/[redacted]. The estimated delivery date was 07/29/[redacted], but it still hasn't arrived. Tracking shows it went from Jupiter, FL to Indianapolis, IN, then to Opa Locka, FL, and finally to Miami, FL. This is incredibly frustrating. I paid for faster delivery, but it's taking days to arrive. I sometimes receive faster delivery from China!
