NEED TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR PLACING A PACKAGE INTERCEPT. I FILLED OUT THE FORM ON USPS.COM AND IT SAID MY PACKAGE WAS ELIGIBLE FOR PACKAGE INTERCEPT, BUT THEN WHEN I ENTERED THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS THE ERROR MESSAGE " INVALID ADDRESS" CAME UP AND WOULD NOT LET ME PROCEED. I WROTE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIRECTLY AND GOT NO RESPONSE. I NEED TO INTERCEPT THE PACKAGE AND IT LEFT YESTERDAY! I JUST TRIED CALLING THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR WITH OUT EVER GETTING A LIVE PERSON, NO MATTER WHAT BUTTON I PRESSED.
