I'm currently located in Lake Panasoffkee, Florida and I'm interested in getting a post office box for future use. Having a small box like my previous #[redacted] would work well for me. I have a few inquiries regarding the post office box service: 1. What is the fee for renting a post office box? 2. Will the post office accept packages that are too large for the box and notify me for pick-up? 3. Hello, I live in Sydney, Australia and recently ordered a parcel from au.ninthavenue.com. Despite believing it was based in Australia, I discovered it is actually in America. The parcel cost $[redacted] AU with $10 AU for postage, which I found to be inexpensive. However, the parcel is currently stuck in NY at your Jamaican International Distribution Center. Ninth Avenue suggested I refuse the delivery for a refund, but I believe there was insufficient postage, and the parcel being stuck in the USA makes it impossible for me to return. I am requesting that the parcel be returned to Ninth Avenue at [redacted] Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE [redacted], USA. I have been dealing with this issue since June [redacted], and there seems to be a language barrier with their Indian Customer Service Center. I have been struggling to obtain claim forms for a package that arrived over three months late and severely damaged. It appears that the item was subjected to harsh conditions such as being left in the rain before shipment. Despite being assured that the claim forms would be automatically sent, I have been given conflicting information about the process. My package was due for delivery on 10/29 with a required signature. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to deliver as no one came to the door and no slip was left. After going to the post office on 10/30, my roommate was informed that the package was not there. I rescheduled the delivery for 10/31, but instead of receiving it, the package is now being held at the post office until Monday since it is closed.

My passport was out for delivery on the 31st, but I did not receive the package. When I tracked it, I found out that it was sent to the post office for me to pick up. Unfortunately, I had a stroke and cannot drive, so I am unable to pick it up until Saturday. The postal service only holds packages for five days. I really need this package as it contains my passport. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted][redacted], and the address is [redacted] Joe Moore Rd, Pearl River, LA [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate it if they could hold my package at the post office until Saturday, as I am trying to arrange for someone to pick it up earlier if possible. I need to raise a concern about the Galax, Virginia post office. In the last month, I have had three instances where my scheduled Roanoke Times delivery did not arrive. Last week, it was missed on Wednesday and Saturday, and today I received Saturday's but not Monday's paper. I have tried to discuss this with the local supervisor, who has been unhelpful, unsympathetic, and unwilling to take responsibility. It seems like he is unconcerned about the continued poor service. I am frustrated with the deteriorating mail delivery service.

I have been experiencing difficulties with package delivery. The postal service claimed that an attempt was made, but I personally saw the mail carrier and the truck, and they did not stop at my residence. This is not an isolated incident with this post office. After going to the post office to retrieve the package due to previous delivery issues, they now claim they have no information on its whereabouts. I am confused as to how a delivery attempt was made without the package and why I did not receive any notification of rescheduling.

On the 2nd of November, [redacted], I made a payment of $[redacted].50 for the premium forwarding residential service. I have a copy of my signed PFS-Residential Application given to me by the lady at the post office. The initial hold date was noted as the 4th of November, [redacted]. Today, on the 10th of November, [redacted], my neighbor informed me that my home mailbox was full, and extra mail was being left on the doorstep as there was no mail forwarding happening. Instead, the post office continues to deliver mail to my home address at [redacted] American River Drive, Sacramento, CA [redacted]. My kind neighbor has been collecting and holding my mail. I have attempted to contact the Arden Post Office five times today to address this issue but have been unsuccessful. Each time I call, I am instructed to hold for the operator, but no one ever answers - the phone just keeps ringing until it disconnects. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Can anyone provide any assistance with this matter?

Yesterday, I discovered a key in my mailbox labeled for parcel box P17. Unfortunately, upon using the key, I found P17 was open and empty. I left a note for my postal carrier, but received no response. Today, I noticed that there was no key in the lock of P17, so I decided to check. Inside, I found two packages for someone else, but my order from Penzey's was missing. I'm worried the key mix-up may have led to my Penzey's order being lost. I checked the UPS tracking number (1Z4310X3YW[redacted]6) and saw that my package was delivered on Wednesday by my local post office. If my order is indeed missing, could this be a result of the key confusion? I wonder if the postal service would take responsibility for this mishap, or if I should contact Penzey's for a replacement. I'm unsure of the next steps to take. As for the two packages I received incorrectly, should I take them to the post office for redelivery?

I reside in Denver, Colorado, zip code [redacted], and my mail is handled by the Glendale Post Office in Glendale, Colorado. I am dissatisfied with the postal service as of late. Deliveries have been consistently late, sometimes as late as 7:30 p.m., with occasional instances of receiving the wrong mail. On some days, I do not receive any mail at all, and this has happened for up to three consecutive days. The situation seems to be deteriorating rapidly. During a recent visit to the Post Office, I noticed that all mailboxes were overflowing, indicating a problem with timely collections. I am concerned about the security of outgoing mail due to the full boxes. I have contacted the Post Office before without resolution. The decline in service is alarming considering my long tenure at this address since the 70s. Please address this issue promptly and provide an opportunity for me to discuss it with someone. I'm inquiring about an Express package that was scheduled for delivery by Monday or Tuesday and has yet to arrive as of Thursday, despite selecting the Express option for guaranteed delivery on Thanksgiving. The carrier stopped by my neighbor's house at 8:10 p.m., but skipped my address entirely. This situation isn't new - previously, packages have been left at the front fence and marked as delivered at the front door. Some packages have even arrived in the middle of the night or have been thrown over a six-foot fence. There have been days without mail followed by three deliveries in one day. On top of that, packages that needed signatures were left without any. I've tried reaching out to the local post office via phone and fax, but have had no luck. This has been an ongoing issue long before the current situation, so I'm frustrated and seeking an explanation. The Apple Valley, California Post Office has consistently shown incompetence over the years. Now, I want to know the whereabouts of my package and the name of the delivery person responsible.

I have encountered issues with receiving two packages from retail stores at my address. One package had tracking information that indicated the carrier could not access my address on the same day I received mail. I promptly reported the missing package to USPS, but I did not receive any follow-up communication after they acknowledged my report. I had to reach out to the retailer to request a refund for this package. The second package went from UPS to USPS but then seemed to have gotten lost in transit. I filed a missing package complaint but have not received any updates yet. I reached out to the retailer again, and they reshipped the item using UPS. I hope to receive some clarification on the whereabouts of the packages and for the post office to address my concerns.

I sent a letter to Columbia, MO in September, but it didn't reach its destination. Another letter sent to Aurora, Colorado on November 18 hasn't arrived yet. The postal station at Gregory/Wornall says there's no tracking for letters, leaving me in the dark about where my mail is. It's frustrating because I paid for postage and rely on USPS. I'm starting to worry that my mail is being mishandled or even stolen. I made sure to include my return address on both letters, but I still have no answers on their whereabouts.

The package was shipped on November 23 using Priority Mail with an expected delivery date of November 27. Unfortunately, the package seems to have been left in a trailer in Louisville without being unloaded since the initial pickup. The tracking information shows no progress beyond being in transit to Louisville. The package was destined for Park Hill, OK [redacted] but it was never received. I am requesting a refund of the $40 fee paid for the expedited 3-day shipping service. Additionally, I would like the undelivered package to be returned to me so I can choose a more dependable carrier for reshipment. I require technical support with intercepting a package. After completing the form on USPS.com, it indicated that my package was eligible for interception. However, when entering the original address, I encountered an error message stating "Invalid Address" and was unable to proceed. Despite contacting customer support directly, I have not received a response. I urgently need to intercept the package as it departed yesterday. I attempted to call for an hour but was unsuccessful in reaching a live person regardless of the buttons pressed.
