I placed an online order and was 'tricked' by the company and they duplicated the order. As soon as I was aware of this I cancelled the order on the business website, by email, and later by phone call...they did not answer during operating hours. I never received an invoice. The article just came in yesterdays mail. Tracking shows that it was mailed out hours after I cancelled the order, initially, and throughout the day. Their policy is cancellation within **hours for full refund. The item was shipped approximately ** hours after I had repeatedly cancelled. The company site never showed the item was shipped, only that is was being processes. Now they want me to mail it back to them. Am I obligated to return this item?
