Our UPS driver doesn't pick up our packages at **** Wisconsin Ave, Chevy Chase MD *****. He*she rarely makes a pickup, although the box in our office building mailroom says that pickup is daily. It's infuriating, as we should have a rep that will return email and doesn't, nor should we have to pay for a pickup that should happen daily. We are a small company that does all of our shipping with UPS-and we ship A LOT. UPS has done nothing but hurt our business since our company move into this current space. Never had an issue like this in any of our previous locations. Looking to speak with someone who can give real information about the most unreliable service issues we've ever encountered. Thank you.
