This is my second attempt to contact UPS via email as I have not received any response. I am missing two packages with tracking numbers 1Z16735X[redacted] and 1Z16735X[redacted]. The company claims they were delivered at the "front door" and "At gate", but our driveway has a large sign halfway down clearly stating, "Leave all packages here," as it is challenging for trucks to maneuver. I have never encountered issues with UPS deliveries before and value these packages at $[redacted].00 each. I am reaching out again for assistance regarding this matter. Thank you.

I want to report that the warehouse in Suffolk, VA currently has two trucks with overnight deliveries that were supposed to be delivered yesterday, but will not be delivered until Monday. This delay is concerning, especially if there are items like medicine that need to be refrigerated. I am from the College Drive office in Suffolk, VA, and feel strongly about the importance of timely deliveries, especially for critical items like medication. The manager of this building has allowed this to happen multiple times, which is unacceptable. Overnight shipping should mean the packages are urgent. If action is not taken, I will escalate this issue. It's crucial to address this to prevent any harm, whether it's medications going bad, animals suffering, or individuals in need being left without essential equipment. I urge UPS to address this situation promptly for the well-being of both the recipients and the employees working in harsh conditions.

I was expecting a UPS delivery with tracking number 1Z77VR31A[redacted]16 on Friday, 8/5/[redacted], between 1-4 pm. Despite waiting at home, around 1:48 pm, I received a text saying a delivery was attempted without the driver ringing the doorbell, which I have captured on my doorbell camera. The driver left a door tag for a redelivery scheduled on Monday, 8/8, between 1-4 pm. After contacting UPS and speaking with a supervisor, I was assured the package would be redelivered between 6-8 pm on Friday, but it did not arrive. I called UPS on Saturday morning, expressing my disappointment that the package was not delivered. The agent mentioned they would contact the UPS Center in Wilmington, NC, but as of today, Monday, 8/8, no one has reached out, and the package has not been delivered. I shipped a package to my daughter for delivery on 8/8/23. Unfortunately, it has not arrived yet. I included all the necessary documents and even sent photos of the contents. My daughter urgently needs her medication, and the delay is very frustrating. If the package is not delivered by tomorrow, I will be extremely upset. I am prepared to take action if needed and may even consider traveling to ensure my daughter receives what she needs. I am eager for a response and resolution to this situation.

I recently purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from their website, but I realized the shipping address was incorrect. Instead of [redacted] Violet Circle, it was mistakenly entered as [redacted] Violet Circle. I reached out to New Balance customer support, but they were unable to cancel the order. Now, I have to wait for a potential return to sender and a refund from New Balance. As New Balance uses UPS for shipping, I was advised to update the address directly with UPS. UPS says they attempted delivery multiple times, but I've never been contacted. I've paid, but they're requesting more money. When I called before, they mentioned no attempts were made and the driver was informed about my payment and that my apartment is located at the back of the house. However, no one has shown up, and this has been confirmed.

I am extremely frustrated with UPS and their customer service. My package wasn't delivered due to an address verification issue. After correcting the address, I awaited the new delivery date, only to find out it was being sent to a stranger's home in a different town. Despite contacting customer service, the support provided was unhelpful. After 40 minutes, I finally spoke to a woman who couldn't explain how the wrong address was on my package. She assured me the driver would return it to the center, but unfortunately, it was still delivered to the wrong address. I took matters into my own hands by visiting the stranger's house to retrieve my expensive package. The mix-up involved my correct address with the other person's sticker, leading to this incident. UPS's customer service was disappointing, and I will avoid using their services in the future.

I am inquiring about a package I sent. It was dispatched on August 5, [redacted], using overnight express from the VA Medical Center in DC to my grandchildren. The promised delivery date was August 8, [redacted], at 10:30 AM. However, it's now Wednesday, 10th, and the package has not arrived. This is the second time this has occurred with your company. Please locate the package promptly. I am Denise Askew, the sender. I included $[redacted] in one birthday card for one grandson and two twenties and a ten in another card for my other grandson. I expect a resolution or a refund as this situation is unacceptable. Kindly rectify this issue promptly.

I have been attempting to have UPS reimburse me for a lost package for the past year. I sent three packages from France to the USA. Two of them were lost, one in France and the other in the USA. They have refunded the one lost in France for [redacted]€, but the second one in the USA has not been refunded by French UPS. Their reasoning is that sending high-value artwork via UPS is not allowed, although I have been doing so for twenty years. I am looking to file a claim with UPS USA and would like to review the "General Conditions of Transport" between France and the USA. My contact in France provided me with the conditions for China, Japan, and Europe instead, which seems like a tactic to deter my claim. I have been unsuccessful in reaching UPS USA.

I have not received a package at my PO Box as expected. The tracking information for 1Z7XX[redacted][redacted] indicates it was returned and then resent, but no delivery was made. Another package from the same sender was mysteriously delivered to my home address, which I did not provide for delivery. I have been unable to reach anyone at UPS for assistance as the online form for phone calls is malfunctioning. Inputting my phone number results in an error message, and contacting UPS through various channels only provides automated information and abruptly ends the call. I am concerned about a perishable item in the undelivered package, which could be compromised due to the prolonged delay. I need to speak with a customer service representative urgently to resolve this issue, but my attempts to reach out have been unsuccessful.

I received a package that was severely damaged, and its contents were destroyed. I find it hard to believe that any delivery service would leave a package in such poor condition on a customer's doorstep. It is unacceptable. I have spent hours trying to reach someone on the phone through your automated and unfriendly system, which keeps directing me to file a claim online. I have attempted to do so, but I am struggling to navigate the process. I am frustrated that I have to deal with the seller when it was clearly the UPS driver who mishandled or tampered with my package. This experience is unacceptable, and I will not be using your service again. I hope that Amazon discontinues its partnership with your company.

A significant parcel was lost by UPS, and despite contacting various help lines, I encountered unhelpful representatives from different locations. They could only provide the last scanned location of the papers and claimed it would take 5-8 days to resolve, which was unacceptable as I needed the papers urgently the next morning. Determined to locate the documents myself, I contacted UPS hubs until I connected with Dan. Following Dan's guidance, I discovered that the papers were in his possession. I undertook a 2-1/2 hour journey to retrieve the crucial documents due to UPS's inefficiency. I am requesting a full refund, including compensation for expenses and stress incurred. I anticipate prompt communication by noon CST tomorrow; otherwise, my compensation demand will increase by $[redacted] daily. I am facing an issue with UPS drivers leaving packages in an insecure area of our apartment building. Despite clear signage requesting delivery by the mailboxes due to theft in the foyer, packages continue to be stolen. It is frustrating for all tenants. Drivers should attempt redelivery if they cannot access the secure lobby. I am also having difficulty reaching a human agent through UPS customer service. I canceled my HughesNet internet service on August 8. They were supposed to send me packaging to return the modem and antenna radio. Despite being told they would, I didn't hear or receive anything until August 15 when UPS emailed that the delivery was made on August 11. I had no prior communication. Our delivery spot is by the mailbox but the package isn't here. HughesNet wants the items back within 45 days or I'll be charged $[redacted]. Thanks, R. Moore.

On August 3, I arranged for UPS to collect three large packages from 3265n Wyndham Park Lane, Decatur, GA [redacted], for delivery to Tom-GZXX-JN at [redacted] Pedricktown Rd., Swedesboro, NJ 08[redacted]. The payment was made using my Discover Card on the same day. The JN Furniture staff has informed me that they require a tracking number to locate the packages, which I unfortunately do not possess. I kindly request UPS to provide me with the tracking number promptly so I can relay it to JN Furniture and facilitate the retrieval of the products, enabling me to proceed with the refund process. I am eagerly anticipating a response from your establishment, as my attempts to seek assistance via customer service have been unsuccessful thus far. I recently received an email notifying me that my package with tracking number 1Z49AA[redacted]23 has been delivered. However, the package was not left at my door as requested. According to the tracking information, it was received by someone named WOLFF and left for RECEIVER on Aug-23 at 9:45 AM PDT. I do not know anyone by that name in my building. To rectify this issue promptly, please ensure that future deliveries are made directly to my door at [redacted] Racine St. Apt. [redacted], Bellingham, WA [redacted]. There is a clear sign on the building door instructing delivery personnel to bring packages directly to residents' doors, not to the lobby or outside. Additionally, there is a note on my account requesting that all packages be left at my door for safekeeping.

Tracking number 1Z[redacted][redacted] is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, August 29th. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped, but I couldn't. I'm requesting to stop the delivery and have it returned to the sender. If I miss the delivery, returning the 32 lb. package will be hard for me due to my age. I'm 76 years old and won't be able to manage it. I would appreciate an email response as there may be a time zone difference between where GetHuman is and my location. QVC has approved the refusal. I'll contact the local office in the morning, but wanted to get a head start before they open and the drivers start their routes. Thank you.
