He mentioned that someone else had packed his truck, and though the delivery roster indicated my package was there, he couldn't find it. I was informed he would return once he located it, but I did not receive any further updates. Today, the shipment status from the vendor reflected a rescheduled delivery in Trinidad, CO, but it does not address the central issue – UPS is unable to locate the package. I seek a transparent response regarding the status of my package.

We received a package that was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 12, [redacted] to [redacted] South Curtis Ave., Pea Ridge, AR [redacted]. The tracking information indicated it was delivered at 5:42 pm, stating "met customer," but we were not home as we were attending a school event for our daughter. The tracking number 1Z1RF[redacted]76 showed a weight of 0.20 lbs, but the order was for 3 sets of dishes, each around 13 lbs. We tried to contact the seller, but the email was disabled. We are now reaching out to our credit card company to dispute the $90 charge. It's concerning that the driver's number was unavailable. Despite our efforts to find UPS contact information, we faced challenges with their unresponsive customer service. It's clear the delivery details are inaccurate, so we are unsure how to proceed next.

I recently received an electronic embroidery machine on 8-9-[redacted] with the tracking number 1Z702E[redacted]20. Unfortunately, the box arrived in poor condition, saturated and falling apart. Upon inspection, I discovered that the machine's front compartment door was open and damaged, with the hinge severely affected. Additionally, the excess key table was broken and cannot remain closed. I initiated a claim on 8-10-[redacted] and have ordered replacement parts from the nearest dealership, but they are not available yet. The shipping boxes have been cluttering my living room for two weeks, making it inconvenient to move around. I am requesting a reimbursement of $[redacted].00 for the damaged parts, including shipping and handling. I originally paid a total of $[redacted].20 for shipping for this machine and believe the requested amount is reasonable. Kindly process this reimbursement promptly.

My package was supposedly delivered today at 11:57 to Brooklyn, to a side door, and received by REL 90A. However, my address is in Queens, not Brooklyn, with no side door, and I don't know who REL 90A is. The parcel was small, containing just one pair of circular knitting needles. The UPS tracking number is 1Z49AA[redacted]94. It's evident that the delivery was made to the wrong location. Sadly, UPS has previously delivered to the incorrect address, leaving packages on the front stairs despite a note on the door requesting them to be left in the rear of the house.

I shipped a UPS Next Day Air package on 08/19/[redacted] from a Florida business to another one in Florida. The UPS driver attempted to deliver it twice, both times after the business had closed. On 8/20/[redacted], the delivery attempt was made at 7:11 PM. Another attempt was made 3 days later on 8/23/[redacted] at 6:48 PM. The status each day shows "out for delivery by 10:30 AM," but it's now 3:06 PM, and I still don't have the shipment. I've been unable to reach an agent on the phone. I don't want to pay $7.00 to pick it up. If UPS tries to deliver again outside business hours, I fear it will be sent back. Today, on Tuesday, August 24, [redacted], I waited for the UPS Drop Box driver at the [redacted] Water Street, Gardiner ME Drop Box for his 3:45 p.m. stop. When he approached from Winter Street, I stayed in my vehicle to avoid interrupting his turn into the parking lot. He followed a gray vehicle waiting to turn left onto Water Street. Despite glancing at the drop box, he didn't stop. Instead, after the gray vehicle turned left, he turned right and drove out of town, neglecting the scheduled stop. Witnessing this, I felt disappointed as he tarnished UPS's reputation and the public's trust. Yet, he missed the simple task of making a pickup on time, which was right in front of him. It's concerning how he chose to disregard his duties, leaving me and another person who arrived just after him feeling deceived and questioning his actions.

I purchased a book on Ebay UK for a friend but had it shipped while I'm away. The delivery date was rescheduled from Tuesday 24.08. to Thursday 26.08. due to unforeseen circumstances. UPS tracking indicates the package was delivered on the original date, but it's not with my friend. I contacted UPS, and they require the sender to initiate a missing package claim. The seller refused assistance, blaming the situation on me and my friend. After consulting with Ebay and starting a case, the seller still hasn't created a claim. Instead, they have been uncooperative and accusatory. Despite the seller's behavior, I remain courteous and have requested UPS to assist by launching a package claim.

I had a package with tracking number 1ZA8X341A[redacted]29 that was left under my carport last Friday, 8/27/21. The package contained a controlled substance from a pharmacy, which required a signature. However, my wife and I were out of town, and the driver left it without obtaining a signature. I was alerted by my security system and had to ask my neighbor to retrieve the package. The signature on the delivery slip was forged, as my last name was misspelled. I find this situation concerning as it involves a controlled substance like narcotic cough syrup being left outside in the heat without proper authorization.

I need help! I've been trying to communicate that a package addressed to Kathryn D. Horvath was mistakenly delivered to my address at [redacted] East State Road. I am Darlene Hopkins, and I do not know anyone by that name. The package appears to be from CVS. After talking to a representative, I provided my contact information for a call back regarding the package, but it's still on my porch. I am 82 years old and unable to return it as there is no CVS store in Hastings, and I cannot drive. There might be a missing delivery report for Kathryn D. Horvath circulating somewhere.

I ordered car parts on ebay, and even though I was notified of its delivery this morning at 10:44 am, I couldn't find the package when I got home around 11:45 am. I've never had a package stolen before, and there were other packages on my porch. The tracking number is 1Z14V[redacted][redacted]. I followed the website's instructions and submitted a claim. After calling, an investigation started at 1:21, and I received a claim document at 1:58, but I'm uncertain if it's related to the claim or the investigation. I'm unsure if the driver physically delivered the package or if a search is ongoing. I attempted to contact the seller on ebay but haven't received a response. Unfortunately, some of the car parts are out of stock everywhere, making it impossible to replace them. If I receive a refund, I'm unclear if it will be for the purchase price or the value of the items since replacing everything would cost double the amount paid, especially with some parts unavailable.

A package sent from our shipping department on 8/16/21 with tracking number #1ZJT809Y[redacted] has not been scanned for delivery as of 9/7/21. We are unable to open a claim without the scan, leaving us without a refund, delivery, or return option. Contacting the 1-[redacted] number wasn't helpful in reaching a real person. I am experiencing an issue with UPS where a delivery driver mistakenly left my package at a neighbor's house. Despite clear address markings on both properties, this has happened multiple times. Unfortunately, my neighbor is not proactive in ensuring the package gets to me once received. The only way I become aware of the delivery is through email notifications. I simply request for the drivers to be more attentive to the address labels on packages to prevent such mishaps in the future.

There seems to be a new delivery driver in my area. Over the past three days, two packages were mistakenly delivered to another location in Vinton, Iowa instead of to my address. These items were paid for and are now being held by someone else. Despite my correct name and address being listed on the packages from the eBay sellers, they are ending up elsewhere. I was charged VAT incorrectly on the delivery package worth 30 euros. The charge included shipping costs, which seems excessive for such a small item. I was not informed about this in advance by UPS. The delivery person arrived unannounced at 8 am, demanding exact cash without offering change or card payment options. There was no information provided on whom to contact regarding the fee. As a customer, it was frustrating not to be informed beforehand. This lack of transparency and rigid payment options make the service experience poor and inconvenient.

I placed an order with Foot Locker using the Google app, but unfortunately, it was sent to my old address in Arizona instead of my current address in Washington. I contacted Foot Locker immediately after realizing the mistake, but they said they couldn't help until the package was returned.
