I recently received a delivery from UPS containing my prescription medication from the Veterans’ Medical Center. Unfortunately, the package was carelessly thrown onto my porch, landing precariously close to my full trash receptacle. Initially mistaking it for trash, I thankfully recognized it as my medication refill. While I understand that carriers cannot use mailboxes, there are several suitable spots on my porch, such as the chairs, where the package could have been placed safely. Given the behavior of a specific delivery driver I have observed tossing packages onto my neighbors’ porch, and the ample space available on my porch, the reckless manner in which my medication was delivered is concerning. I hope that in the future, more care is taken when handling such important deliveries.

I recently received an email informing me that my UPS package has been shipped, but I noticed there is a slight error with the street address provided by the sender. I attempted to use the UPS Customer Choice service online to redirect the package to my local UPS office, but it seems I may have to wait for the delivery attempt to the incorrect address first. The tracking number for the package is 1Z[redacted][redacted], and I was wondering if there is a way to have it directly sent to the correct address at [redacted] Kuehnle Ave. in Ann Arbor, MI [redacted]. I live on a quiet residential street and am bothered by the repeated honking of the delivery driver in my neighborhood. Despite my request for him to stop, he claims it is a company requirement. This seems unusual as I haven't noticed this behavior from other drivers. He brushed off my concerns and wouldn't provide his name at [redacted] E. His hasty honking could be to prompt quicker door responses but disturbs neighbors and affects a day sleeper in my household. I urge the company to address this issue and ensure the driver refrains from this disruptive practice in the future.

I paid Allied Electronics for parts and faster shipping. I reached out to UPS when the original delivery date was missed. They redirected me back to Allied Electronics without any resolution or refund. Since I filed my complaint, UPS has once again delayed my delivery. This situation feels like a major failure on the part of both UPS and Allied Electronics. The new expected delivery date is tomorrow, Friday. At this point, I have lost my trust in both companies. It is frustrating that each party is quick to pass the blame, without taking responsibility for the issues. It seems like there is a lack of accountability and transparency. I demand a resolution, an apology, and the truth of the matter, as both UPS and Allied Electronics have failed to provide me with any meaningful assistance. Please, escalate this matter to upper management who may not be aware of the ongoing problems and seem unable to address them efficiently. Sincerely, James S.

I'm feeling frustrated with UPS as I've struggled to reach a customer service representative for over an hour, with the calls repeatedly disconnecting. Despite living in the same house for 32 years without prior delivery issues, recently a package got misdelivered to another town over an hour away. Upon contacting UPS, they claimed my address didn't exist, which I find odd as I regularly receive multiple deliveries a week. After some back and forth, it turns out my package had been damaged, repaired in Union, and then rerouted to another location before finally reaching me. Now I'm awaiting two more deliveries but suspect that due to my previous complaint, UPS might be intentionally causing delays. One package with tracking number 1Z82AY19YW[redacted]0 that was near my location on Sept 24 ended up in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas before returning to Union on the 27th. This erratic routing makes me worry about future orders. The second package, without a tracking number, was last seen in Kansas on Sept 21, and the sender believes it's lost, rushing a replacement for Friday. I seek guidance on resolving these delivery issues with UPS.

I had scheduled a pick up on September 11 and was provided with a tracking number, but the pick up got canceled. I contacted UPS to cancel the pick up, however, the charge of $55.84 had already been processed as a pending charge on my PayPal account. Despite being assured that the money would not be taken, it was deducted. The tracking number provided, 1ZW94YT[redacted]US[redacted]15, seems invalid as the pick up was canceled, and the charge remains on my account. The vendor had arranged a call tag for the defective computer pick up, prompting me to cancel the original pick up. I am seeking assistance on how to have the funds refunded to my PayPal account. My name is Carolyn S. Teachey and I am concerned about my medication delivery with tracking number 1ZA3021Y[redacted] from VA Medical Center in Pineville, LA. The medication, Hydrocodone, was supposed to be delivered on 28 Sept [redacted] until 9 PM, but the delivery date was changed to 29 Sept [redacted] from 2:15 to 6:15. The UPS driver missed delivering the package on the 29th, and now the tracking only shows the package in transit without a delivery date. This is causing me distress as a retired Veteran relying on this medication. Additionally, another package was erroneously marked as delivered on 16th Sept [redacted], but I did not receive it and had to go to the main hub to retrieve it. I believe these issues with delivery accuracy and missing medication should be thoroughly looked into.

UPS has unfortunately not delivered my package after a week of attempts. Initially scheduled for delivery on Saturday, September 26, it was then redirected to a pickup center. Despite my request for redelivery on Monday, September 28, it did not arrive at the specified location. The tracking indicated it was at a different pickup point and later mentioned a return to the sender. After multiple contacts with UPS customer service, they assured a delivery on September 30, which was later revised by the sender to October 2. As of now, 4:01 pm, the package has not been received at [redacted] Alafia River Ln, Gibsonton, FL [redacted]35. Tracking number: 1Z88F[redacted][redacted]. UPS Ground service utilized.

I have not received my Direct Express card from UPS as expected on October 1st. The tracking information shows it arrived at the UPS hub in Columbus, Ohio on September 30th at 07:06 with a "Destination Scan." UPS now says they lost it and issued a new revised delivery date of October 5th at 11:00 pm, but they are unable to locate the card. I need assistance as they have not informed Direct Express about the issue. When contacting Direct Express with my Social Security Number, they think the card is still in transit. I require UPS to notify Direct Express so I can request a new card.

My parcel (Tracking #1Z[redacted][redacted]) was delivered inaccurately on 10/02/[redacted]. Plans were organized for UPS to retrieve it and deliver it to me on Monday, 10/05/[redacted]. Early this morning, at 4:00 a.m., I discovered my package in my driveway. It seems the recipient chose to return it to me. I am scheduled to receive a package tomorrow, and unfortunately, my UPS driver consistently leaves packages by the road instead of bringing them to my house. This poses a security risk due to recent thefts in the area. Despite having my preference for the package to be left on my front porch in my UPS profile, the driver disregards it. Several past packages have been left exposed to the weather near the road. I have contacted UPS to complain multiple times, but no action has been taken. I received an email and text message that my package was delivered with a photo at the front door. I couldn't find the package there, and I suspect it was stolen. I've been trying to reach UPS to request deliveries with a required signature, as I don't want packages left without one. I prefer to be notified by the delivery person ringing the doorbell and for the package to be taken back to the UPS facility if no one is home. I can't find a way on the UPS website to change the delivery method to require a signature. Please advise if this option is available and how to make the change. Thank you.

I received a notification via email and text stating that a package was delivered with a photo of it at the front door. However, when I checked, the package was missing. I suspect it was stolen. I tried to contact UPS to request future deliveries require a signature. I prefer not to have packages left without confirmation. I want delivery personnel to ring the doorbell and, if no one is home, take the package back to the UPS facility with a notice on the door. I am unable to find an option on the UPS website to specify signature-required deliveries. Could someone advise me on how to set this up? Thank you.

I have encountered issues with UPS losing three of my packages recently. In mid-July, my inventory was given to someone unknown. Subsequently, a textbook was marked as delivered to a UPS pick-up location that I visited three times with no success in finding it. Most recently, a package that was marked as delivered this Monday never reached me. I have two more packages on the way via UPS and would appreciate being informed when the driver is close so I can be outside to receive them. Please contact me quickly to address this matter. We have been using UPS for our supplies without issues until now. Our cases weigh about 27lbs and are delivered for our patients. Previously, the UPS delivery person would place them in our storage room due to the weight. However, recently, a delivery person insisted on only delivering to our door despite our prior arrangements. Another driver mentioned they usually place items where requested. On the latest delivery, when I referred to this, the delivery person disputed it. I would like clarification on your delivery policy regarding dropping off packages at the intended location versus just at the front door. It would help avoid further disputes. I made an online purchase on 10/15/20 and expected delivery on 10/16/20. However, as of 6:51 pm on 10/16/20, the tracking still shows delivery expected today. UPS informed me the delay is likely due to the shipper. After reaching out to the shipper, they confirmed the package was prepared with a label printed on 10/15/20 at 11 pm but UPS has not picked it up. I have been trying to contact UPS to locate the package in CA for self-pickup, but I am unable to speak to a representative. According to automated updates on ups.com, the delivery might be delayed until next week. It's frustrating dealing with UPS's poor communication on shipping status, location, and delivery estimates. I wish I could speak with someone to understand if there are any driver issues or late delivery possibilities.

I returned a laptop worth around $[redacted] to a third-party seller on Amazon, but upon receiving a refund, they only gave back about $[redacted] due to a considerable restocking fee. The item was not returned in its original packaging, however, it was not damaged as claimed by the company, resulting in the high fee. Despite contacting Amazon support and filing numerous claims, the seller insists the laptop was damaged during return. I packaged the item with styrofoam and used all required labels, such as a tech label and fragile label. If any damage occurred, it likely happened during transit, not as a result of mishandling on my end. I received my package from Daily Sale, but it only had 2 out of the 5 items I ordered, which were the 2 sets of sheets. One of the sheets and the package were damaged. The 3 video doorbells are missing. I contacted UPS immediately upon receiving the package and have been in touch with Daily Sale since then. Despite providing them with all the requested information and evidence, they have ceased communication. I have photos of the damaged package and its tracking labels. I paid extra to have my UPS package (from Kohl's) delivered early on Tuesday, October 20 for my best friend's birthday celebration. However, after checking the tracking number, it now shows delivery at 9PM, which is too late for our plans at 6PM. I am eager to get the gift early enough for her birthday dinner.
