As a loyal 72-year-old UPS customer, I've never had issues until my new driver started delivering my packages. Recently, a small package went missing, and I suspect the dog across the street might have taken it, as he follows the driver to my door. Being a disabled veteran, I'm mostly home except for VA hospital visits. The new driver accused me of theft, which was incredibly hurtful and untrue. He now refuses to leave packages at my home, insisting I pick them up in Selmer, Tennessee daily, which is impossible for me. I simply want my packages delivered as before. There are no thieves in my neighborhood, so I believe it must be a misunderstanding with the dog's involvement.

Hello, I recently shipped a unique toy prototype that held significant sentimental value to me. This one-of-a-kind creation was the result of a dream I had back in [redacted] and took several years to bring to fruition. It was an integral part of a project that had garnered attention from major companies like Disney and Nickelodeon. Sadly, during shipment via UPS, the prototype was damaged despite being told it was insured. This loss has deeply affected me as it not only represented years of hard work and investment but also held special meaning as a gift for my grandson. The lack of proper insurance coverage and the overall mishandling of the situation by UPS has left me feeling deceived and heartbroken. I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others and will no longer be using UPS services in the future. Hello, at the end of December, we experienced a significant snowstorm, with over 3 feet of snow. The freezing temperatures that followed made our front yard, steps, and back entrance impassable for days. I had informed my usual UPS driver to leave any packages in the back of my Jeep Wrangler if he couldn't navigate the stairs to the front door. Unfortunately, my regular driver was not available during the snowstorm, and despite a sign on my Wrangler instructing UPS to leave packages there, a package from Amazon went missing. After much effort, Amazon re-shipped around $38 worth of items, but UPS insisted I file a police report. During this time, my regular driver returned, apologizing and stating he now needs signatures for all deliveries. As a 75-year-old with severe back and neck pain and a working wife, this change is challenging for us. I've been a loyal customer and never had issues before. Regarding tracking # 1ZE13F50P[redacted]8, Today, I was informed that my package was delivered, but I could not locate it near my house. To my surprise, I found the package tied to my mailbox in a clear plastic bag across a busy state highway. Normally, deliveries are brought to my house, which has a cleared driveway and turnaround area. Leaving the package at the mailbox on a busy road contradicted the expected safe delivery, as it was visible to numerous passing vehicles. This method of delivery was unacceptable. Despite contacting UPS during my search, I did not receive the promised return call. Upon calling again, I was informed that my package had been left at the mailbox. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and believe the driver's actions should be addressed. Placing a package in a clear plastic bag and attaching it to a mailbox by a highway does not meet delivery standards. I expect a response regarding this matter. Thank you, A.K.

I want to express my thanks to gethuman.com for helping me contact 24 Hour Fitness. I had been trying for two weeks to reach the Santa Monica branch but didn't receive any response until I used this website, which got me a quick reply. The issue started in October when my boyfriend signed up for a 7-day trial. Although he was assured there would be no charges if he canceled before the trial ended, we were mistakenly billed over $[redacted] for three months. The Santa Monica staff claimed there was no physical proof of cancellation, and we had to wait. After many attempts, the Cerritos manager refunded us partially and apologized for the inconvenience. Despite this, when the Santa Monica manager finally called, she did not apologize and instead suggested avoiding free trials to prevent charges. I am frustrated by their handling of the situation and their lack of accountability. I would appreciate a more thorough resolution and a proper apology.

Regarding tracking # 1Z7215FR[redacted], the shipping address is Second Floor [redacted] Byron Av. Bronx NY. The delivery was scheduled for Friday 2/8/[redacted] but was erroneously marked as a business address closed for the day, resulting in rescheduling for Monday 2/11. The package was needed by Saturday 2/9, and the recipients were present at home. The address is a residential building not a business, and the shipper's information was verified as correct. Requesting UPS to clarify procedures with the driver to prevent similar errors in the future. Thank you for your assistance.

I was expecting the delivery yesterday, but it showed "delivery attempted" without anyone showing up. My package contains something important, and I paid for 2-day shipping, so this situation is frustrating. I requested to pick it up at a local hub, and they assured me I could collect it on the same day. I waited for hours, anticipating a notification, but it never came. When I called customer service today, they mentioned the package was ready for pick up yesterday, yet my phone indicated it would be available on Monday. This discrepancy is confusing, and I feel like UPS is not being transparent with me. This has been a waste of time and money, and their communication seems unreliable.

I sent two packages through my own UPS account, RE7602, to the UPS store located at [redacted] Williams Street, Londmeadow CT. Upon my friend's arrival to pick them up, he was asked to pay an additional ten dollars by a staff member at the store despite shipping being pre-paid. Furthermore, the staff member threatened to return packages to the sender if not collected within two days. I believe UPS should take action against this behavior as customers should not be charged extra for collecting their paid-for packages. Thank you.

While driving in the Allapatah area of Miami, Florida, I encountered a UPS driver displaying erratic behavior on the road. This driver was impatient, continuously changing lanes, and aggressively honking at other drivers during a critical moment when an emergency ambulance needed to pass through. Despite the chaotic situation, the driver ignored safety protocols and passed several cars to make a left turn only after the ambulance had gone by. I managed to capture a partial plate number, which may be DCL [redacted] or BDL [redacted], with certainty about the ending being [redacted]. This behavior is concerning and should be appropriately addressed.

On Wednesday at 11:00 PM, I dropped off a package for Paycor at UPS's [redacted] Gest Street location in Cincinnati, Ohio. While approaching the guard booth, I encountered an issue with one of the security guards who insisted I should have followed a specific yellow line that was not clearly marked. Despite the lack of signage and the darkness outside, their response was aggressive. When I questioned their behavior, they became even more confrontational. Feeling uncomfortable, I handed the package to the guard and started to head back to my vehicle. Shockingly, the guard threw the package at me, hitting my back. As I turned around, I saw the package on the ground. I found their behavior unacceptable and captured photos of the incident, including one guard who made an obscene gesture. I am considering showing these photos to Paycor to highlight the mistreatment I received during my delivery. I am unsure how to address this situation involving your security guards.

UPS claimed to have delivered a package to my home on 12/22/[redacted]. Despite being present all day on the Saturday before Christmas, the package never arrived. Now, 2 months later, UPS insists they left it with a neighbor but want me to acknowledge it was left at the "front door," which I cannot confirm as I did not receive it. When discussing this with Mary from driver follow-up at [redacted], she became confrontational. I refused to sign any statement confirming the package was left on my front door as it did not happen. I will not agree to something that is untrue.

I received an email from UPS stating that my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. This has been an ongoing problem for me. When I called the customer support number, I was connected to representatives in another country who informed me that they couldn't transfer me to a representative in the US, which is very frustrating. The service from UPS has significantly declined in recent years, now even worse than USPS, which is disappointing. The foreign customer service representatives mentioned they can't investigate without me contacting the sender, but I have no way to do so. I'm fed up with UPS failing to deliver packages, falsely marking them as delivered, and leaving me to resolve the issue. It would be beneficial if UPS brought jobs back to the USA so American customers could receive better service. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and UPS's service has deteriorated.

I have encountered ongoing issues with my local carrier. While they consistently deliver my mail, I face problems with package delivery. The carriers are marking my packages as delivered when they are not at the designated location. Despite numerous challenges with the carriers, I have now moved past frustration to feeling extremely upset as their behavior seems intentional. I urgently seek to speak with a representative to resolve this matter promptly. I prefer retrieving my package over resorting to legal action for the mishandling of my property, which is a federal offense. Although I have tried to give the carriers multiple opportunities to rectify their mistakes, they are increasingly dismissive of my concerns, indicating a lack of regard for their responsibilities.

I received an unexpected package from UPS at [redacted] Bradbury Lane, Dallas, TX [redacted]. The package, containing two tubes of lip gloss, was intended for a woman at [redacted] N. Pearl St, Dallas [redacted]. My address was mistakenly labeled on the package, whereas the packing slip inside indicates the correct delivery address downtown. I am requesting immediate pick-up of the package from my home to ensure it reaches the intended recipient promptly. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange a pick-up schedule and deliver the package to the correct person at the accurate address. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with UPS for five days without any success.

I am seeking a direct phone number in the USA to contact corporate relations. Contacting the [redacted] number always leads to outsourcing to robots in the Philippines, which is frustrating. Representatives claim they cannot provide a phone number. It is disappointing that UPS seems distant and unresponsive to customers. I plan on visiting the local regional center to address this. It would be more helpful to have a local phone number readily available for current information. Having to speak to a robot in the Philippines is not efficient. Other companies provide estimated delivery times, so why can't UPS do the same? I urge UPS to improve their customer service by offering better communication options. My iPhone went missing after being shipped through UPS for an Apple service repair. This method was supposed to be the easiest and recommended way to send an Apple product for repair, but I strongly disagree after this incident. I am unable to contact a live person to obtain my tracking number and resolve the situation. It's frustrating that no tracking information was provided by email, as keeping track of a physical slip for an iPhone repair seems unnecessary. It's crucial for Apple service repairs to be handled with utmost care. Currently, I am unable to make a claim for a lost package, file a complaint, or speak to a customer service representative, causing significant frustration. Today, on Friday, March 8, my UPS package was left at the end of my lane instead of being delivered to my home. The package contained my daughter's chemotherapy medication, which is vital for her treatment. Fortunately, a neighbor found the package before it was lost or stolen. Leaving the medication by the side of the road is unacceptable and potentially hazardous. The medication costs $[redacted] and could be dangerous if taken by the wrong person. I need assurance that this won't happen again and that future packages will be delivered to my home as before. The tracking number for the package is 1Z V82 6F6 NT 1[redacted]. My boyfriend permitted UPS to place a portable storage unit on his property over the holidays. The "Hideaway Storage Unit" was there from October to late January, but we haven't received payment for its use. Despite providing our account number for direct deposit, we have not received any compensation. Our attempts to reach out to UPS have been unsuccessful, with no progress made when we call them. I have had multiple interactions with the manager of the UPS store on University Drive in Amherst/Hadley, Massachusetts. The manager's behavior is the most disrespectful I have ever experienced in a retail setting. On my recent visit, he aggressively reacted to a small piece of packing tape on his counter, yelling in a threatening manner. It was fortunate my husband was present. This individual's demeanor is concerning, displaying extreme aggression. He appears disinterested in his role, displaying rude and intimidating behavior. This encounter was unsettling, and I feel the need to seek services elsewhere to avoid such negative interactions. This was a very unpleasant and frightening encounter with someone who should not be in a customer-facing role.
