I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] TurboTax return as it is now asking for a license code. Last year, I had to enter this code multiple times, which seemed to restrict the number of devices I could use the app on. I recall receiving an error message, possibly due to an app update. I expect to be able to easily open my [redacted] return, but I am currently unable to do so. I would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed.

Last year, my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and I had to take over the taxes unexpectedly, which was quite challenging. Despite receiving a faulty CD for tax preparation, I switched to an online platform that ended up being costly and full of issues. I made it clear to the customer service representative that I did not wish to continue with Turbo Tax for the [redacted] tax year and requested the automatic order to be removed. The representative confirmed this request. I have since hired a CPA for my [redacted] taxes. Today, I received an unwanted CD in the mail, charged to Peter Watson's Citibank card, which I had previously cancelled. I have not opened the package and would like a refund of $76.06, instructions on how to return the CD, and written assurance that I will not receive any more surprise CDs or charges in the future.

I am experiencing difficulties with entering my credit card information to purchase the [redacted] version of TurboTax. Despite trying three different cards, including one with a zero balance this morning, none of them have been accepted. I maintain good standing with all my credit card companies. I have observed that TurboTax does not prompt for the CVV when updating credit card information. I would appreciate speaking with a customer service representative regarding this matter. I am feeling extremely frustrated by the inability to reach a live person for assistance.

I would like an update on my case involving fraudulent transactions. My account was hacked, and despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to regain access for over a month. I provided verifications to prove I am the victim, but my account was breached before it could be locked for 24 hours. The hacker changed my login credentials and made two withdrawals totaling $[redacted]. Since my account has been terminated, I am awaiting a paper check with the remaining funds. I seek assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I have yet to receive my [redacted] Federal Income Tax refund. I submitted the return in late February of [redacted]. I suspect there might be an error in TurboTax concerning the taxable amount of Social Security benefits on Line 6b. Although Line 6a with the Social Security benefits was input correctly, Line 6b's taxable amount seems significantly lower than it should be. Despite providing all the necessary information for Line 6a, the calculated amount on Line 6b appears inaccurate. On the IRS website's 'Refund Status Results' page for our [redacted] tax return, the status still reads 'Still being processed' as of June [redacted]. Could anyone clarify how TurboTax calculates the taxable amount on Line 6b of the [redacted] Form [redacted]-SR? Also, any insights on the delay in receiving our [redacted] federal tax refund would be appreciated. Thank you, B.E.

Hello, I submitted my taxes for the [redacted] tax year in January [redacted]. After receiving a letter requesting my W-2s, I sent them in October. I have not yet received my refund, and TurboTax indicates that I did not file. I want to confirm if my taxes were indeed filed to expedite the process of receiving my refund. TurboTax Deluxe [redacted] Installation Issue Assistance I recently purchased TurboTax [redacted] Deluxe with 1 state from Costco on 12/10/[redacted]. However, I am encountering difficulty with the installation process. When attempting to install the software, I receive an error message stating "Failed to install. SETUP.exe not found." The file is supposed to be located in the path C:\users\mikeboca\appdata\local\temp\ckz_35xl\setup.exe, but it is not present. I contacted Costco, and they provided me with another download, but the same issue persists. I have been using TurboTax for 19 years, always with a CD install disk, and have never encountered this problem until now. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me successfully install TurboTax [redacted]. Thank you, Michael B.

I submitted my Federal Return with TurboTax via US mail on September 21, [redacted], requesting my refund to be deposited into my checking account. However, I have not received the refund yet. The IRS online Refund Status site states they have no information for me, although USPS tracking shows the return was received by the IRS on September 22, [redacted]. How can I check the status of my refund and ensure I receive it? I am unable to find a way to speak with a person at the IRS directly.

I used TurboTax for my taxes, but my return got rejected because it didn't have a pin number. I sent a paper return in April, which was the printed copy of what TurboTax prepared for me. It's now December, and the IRS website still shows my tax return is being processed. When is the deadline to request the 3rd stimulus payment? My TurboTax return covered the first and second stimulus, so when should I file for the 3rd stimulus check?

I've been attempting to file my taxes for months now. Initially, my return was rejected because I claimed myself as independent while my dad claimed me as a dependent. I provided evidence of my independence, and he amended his return to exclude me. This change was made in March. However, I am still facing issues trying to file my taxes as an independent as it continues to get rejected. I need to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently received a replacement phone that removed your app, and my old number is associated with my account. I just called and updated my phone number but don't have email set up, so I can't access the details I used when I first opened TurboTax. I need help with filling out a W9 form online for Cash App taxes. It's crucial I complete this before the 28th to avoid any penalties.

I have not yet received my federal tax refund. I printed and mailed the forms in May, expecting a $[redacted] refund. Despite my efforts, I cannot track my refund on the IRS website. Can I reprint and resend the forms that I originally mailed with a postmark deadline of May 17th? Additionally, I am curious if the stimulus check money will be included with my federal return since I only received the first one and missed out on the other two.

I need copies of my last five years of tax forms. I prefer hard copies to keep in my filing cabinet for easy reference. I currently don't have a working printer. Can you assist me and provide these copies for free? I appreciate any help. Tech isn't my strong suit.

Hello, I am Bobbie Casteel. I used TurboTax for my taxes this year. The IRS informed me I needed to send additional paperwork before releasing my income tax. I saw an email on the 23rd indicating a $59 deposit on my Turbo card. As I had already discarded my Turbo card due to the delay, I need help retrieving the $[redacted] deposited on December 23rd. My original refund was $[redacted], so I am unsure if the extra $10 is interest. Please advise me on the process. Thank you. Email: [redacted] Phone: Cell [redacted] Home [redacted].

The [redacted] Mac desktop application I installed initially runs into the spinning ball ("not responding") issue frequently. Despite forcefully quitting multiple times, the problem persists. The software was first set up on a Big Sur system but was later upgraded to Monterey, possibly causing the glitch. Any attempts to navigate within the program often result in freezes when trying to input or modify information. This software was the primary motivation for purchasing the new computer, and I need it to function properly.

I was recently automatically charged $[redacted] for Turbotax by Intuit this year. I found the same product elsewhere for $95, but couldn't cancel the order as I didn't have the original email or order number. I disputed the charge on my credit card and it was reversed, but then I received the disk and license code anyway. Turbotax installed and works fine, but I didn't pay for it, which makes me uncomfortable. I would like to request that you charge me the original price of $95. Thank you.

Hello, TurboTax Plus team. I am reaching out about a concerning situation. A lady is threatening me, prompting me to seek refuge for my safety and that of my two grandchildren, Tyler (7 years old) and the toddlers London and Paris Gilbert. Darlene Gilbert is in hiding as she's considered a high-risk victim of Nina Campbell, who has targeted her for years. Authorities have been involved in investigating the cyber attacks. I am requesting a call back from your team to urgently assist me in finalizing my taxes for tax relief purposes. Thank you.

After waiting for my [redacted] tax return, I found out that there was a discrepancy with the stimulus check question, leading to me owing $[redacted].57 instead of receiving the expected $1,[redacted]. Despite trying to resolve this with the IRS, I was told it was seen as an attempt to manipulate the system for extra stimulus money. I am confused and frustrated as I was honest in my responses. It is alarming to face the threat of having my property seized over this. I worked hard all year for my tax return and any stimulus amount was greatly appreciated. I feel unjustly penalized for a question I don't even recall answering myself. I am determined to challenge this decision and request guidance on how to proceed.

I have an email account. Now, I'm ready to seek information about the options I have for Janet, who is 82 years old, with dementia, COPD, and pneumonia in her left lung. Her oxygen level is at 85 without supplemental oxygen. I have been with her since [redacted] and am struggling to understand why there is no one else in my family available to help. I keep searching for solutions. I spoke to someone who mentioned hiring a caregiver 24 hours a day by myself, but she's on oxygen, and I nearly had an emergency while in the restroom. I am praying for help; our finances were not the issue before. Now, I feel overwhelmed with no rentals available, no support, and everywhere I turn seems closed. I don't know what to do next.

I received an email from Intuit regarding a TurboTax calculation error related to my Employee Stock Purchase Plan sales. They mentioned a possible overpayment of federal and state taxes due to this issue. They have fixed the problem and suggested checking and amending my tax returns if needed. They are offering assistance and have included contact information. If additional refund is due, I can amend my returns using TurboTax. They apologize for any inconvenience and assure no additional fees. To correct the returns, I need to follow the steps provided in the email. If I have questions, I can contact them at [redacted]. They also mention a refund of the purchase price if I am not satisfied with TurboTax due to this issue.
