Booked Houston city tour*space center via tripadvisor...missed the tour pick up yesterday...went to space center and called the tour company to meet at site and get my tickets...spoke to someone from the tour company explained my situation ...i was advised to contact the bus driver to get my tickets at space center...i spoke to bus driver..he didn't have the tickets...he spoke to tour company rep...and both told me they would get me a refund but I had to purchase the space center tickets on site and email the receipt to get an original refund ...i did..bus driver took picture of recipt..today I called tour company and spoke to the manager..she was super rude...wouldnt let me explain the situation ..kept talking over me and raised her voice...i requested her name..she refused to provide it..and hung up on me *x...after the *rd call she didn't pick up my call...the worst experience ever.. to be promised a refund by a representative of the company and be treated with disrespect...no customer service at all by a manager..im still in need of assistance
