My sister purchased tickets for the Stones concert scheduled on February 17, [redacted], which was canceled. The concert has been rescheduled for September 30, [redacted], in Charlotte, NC, where she bought 8-10 tickets. I am unsure how to access the tickets as we don't have her Ticketmaster account details or email information. I had transferred a ticket to her from my Ticketmaster account, which I can see, but unfortunately, I don't have her email information. Her name is Susan Griffith, and mine is Jill Adkins. We have the credit card used for the purchase, although it was canceled after her passing. Dear Customer Support, I have successfully transferred my tickets via email and would like to transfer my VIP room passes to the same person. Could you please provide detailed instructions on how to do this? Also, is it possible for someone to use the passes by taking a picture of the barcode and texting it to them? I reached out after hours last night and have been attempting to reach a representative all morning. I placed an order for tickets back in June for an event set for next Wednesday, the 13th. Unfortunately, due to a business trip out of state, I can no longer attend the rescheduled date, which is tomorrow. Surprisingly, I was never informed by Ticketmaster about this date change via email, call, or text. I had made plans and even took time off work to attend. I'm now unable to sell my ticket on such short notice. I kindly request a refund for my entire ticket order. It seems that since I submitted the request, my ticket has been voided, complicating any resale or gifting. If a refund is not possible, a credit should be issued considering the ticket was mistakenly voided. I urgently need this matter resolved. Despite multiple call attempts, I have only encountered automated responses. This concert was quite costly, and I am hopeful to recoup nearly $[redacted]. Another automated email stated that my voided ticket is not eligible for a refund, further frustrating me.

Ticketmaster has long advised customers without cell phones to purchase tickets online, get a confirmation number, and then contact Customer Service to switch the tickets from mobile to USPS. I've followed this process for events from [redacted] to [redacted], including tickets bought in 2[redacted]. However, in September [redacted], no agents are available at Ticketmaster's phone numbers, making it impossible to change my mobile ticket to USPS for the Foo Fighters show in Sacramento in December [redacted]. Despite Ticketmaster's email system directing me to their website for changes, the necessary steps are unavailable due to the ticket's mobile status. Ticketmaster has always been able to alter any ticket, regardless of the event's requirements, but the lack of staff due to Covid means calls to the [redacted] numbers get disconnected after referring customers to the website. I even tried contacting the ticket insurance 3rd party company, but their only option is the same [redacted] number that connects to Ticketmaster's unresponsive line.

My elderly mother accidentally purchased tickets to see Smokey Robinson at the Greek Theatre on Sept 18th. She meant to buy 4 seats together in center section A but got 3 in Sec A and 1 in the Orchestra pit instead. She wanted these tickets for her and a friend, along with her son and his girlfriend who were supposed to accompany them. Can we exchange the current tickets for 4 seats together or 2 sets of 2 in Section A? The purchased seats are: (1) PIT Row DD Seat [redacted] and (3) Section A Row M Seats [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Is it possible to get 4 better seats in Center Section A or the Orchestra PIT?

I bought tickets months ago, but I am facing an issue because they are digital and saved on a phone I don't have with me currently. The Guns N' Roses event at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis is happening now, and I can't access my tickets as the show started at 6:00. I tried to transfer a park life ticket to my friend who purchased it from me. Unfortunately, when he tried to accept it on the phone instead of his laptop, there was an issue. I attempted to cancel the transfer to resend it for him to accept on his desktop. However, the ticket no longer showed up in either of our accounts. We both tried to accept the ticket through the original email, but it kept failing. The event begins this Saturday, so I need to resolve this issue promptly. I purchased two tickets for the John Legend concert via Ticketmaster but can no longer attend. I resold the tickets through their website, but I have yet to receive payment for the resale. My credit card information on my Ticketmaster account is up to date. I have reached out to Ticketmaster via email through their help line, but the responses have not been helpful. In the spring of [redacted], I bought tickets for the In This Moment/Black Veil Brides concert at 20 Monroe Live in Grand Rapids, MI. The show got postponed due to Covid and is now rescheduled for Wednesday, October 27, [redacted]. When I originally bought the tickets, I got a purchase confirmation and my credit card was charged. Since it's been a while, I can't access the electronic tickets. When I click the link in the email, nothing happens. Ticketmaster doesn't show my purchase in my account, so I can't reach out to customer service because there's no order I can refer to.

I was given a code to purchase TSO tickets. I logged in at the scheduled time. The first tickets offered were not what I wanted. The second set was, but I couldn't complete the purchase despite seeing the total cost. I tried reaching out by phone, and my husband attempted on the computer. We were supposed to get a call back in 17 minutes, but it never happened. Now, I'm receiving messages on my phone, even though I don't use it for internet, and I still don't have the tickets.

I have tickets for the Dave Matthews Band concert on September 22, [redacted], at PNC Arts Center in NJ, purchased through StubHub. Upon receiving the email to accept and transfer the tickets through Ticketmaster, I discovered the account is under my daughter's name and old college email address. As she no longer has access to the email and lives out of state, I attempted to update the profile information and transfer the tickets to my email ([redacted]) without success. I encountered issues with accepting, printing, or emailing the tickets to a new address due to the account settings. I am looking to transfer my tickets to someone else due to the rescheduled date being inconvenient for me. I am facing problems receiving the one-time code sent to my current email address, [redacted], to proceed with the transfer. Even changing the email on the account results in the same issue of not receiving the code. This has been a recurring problem for me with this email on various websites. I believe the resolution would be to update the email address on my account. I suggest changing it to [redacted] Another alternative could be sending the one-time code via text to my iPhone at [redacted]. Thank you.

This is my fifth attempt to address this issue. I cancelled the order on August 26th before the artist rescheduled. I eventually repurchased, but this particular order was still cancelled. Despite my proof, which includes the email confirmation and the website stating a refund would be issued within 7-10 days, I have not received it. Please review the information provided. I purchased tickets in May for an event on Saturday, September 11th. However, I mistakenly accepted the tickets with the wrong email address and canceled the transfer. Three days ago, I purchased four tickets for the Rolling Stones concert in LA on October 17th. The total cost was $[redacted], which included a $[redacted] service charge for all four tickets, amounting to a $[redacted] service charge per ticket. However, my main issue is not the service charge. Upon receiving the tickets via text, I was shocked to see a notice informing me that I had paid $[redacted] for seats with an obstructed view. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and a clear case of fraud and misrepresentation. When I contacted TicketMaster, their solution was for me to buy a $[redacted] gift card from the Apple Store, which seemed absurd since I had already paid for the tickets. Despite the option to exchange the tickets, I was puzzled by the request for an Apple gift card. Recently, a TicketMaster agent called me asking if I had obtained the Apple gift card. I declined and insisted on a refund before purchasing it. The agent mentioned a refund would take 7-10 days, leaving me frustrated by the situation. As an attorney, I stated my intention to take legal action against TicketMaster for this deceptive practice. My only desire is a fair exchange for better seats without the unnecessary step of buying a gift card.

We had purchased 6 tickets and camping passes for the Tame Impala concert at the Gorge Amphitheater on September 10th. Despite arriving 2 hours early at 6 pm, we ended up stuck in the car line for four hours and were still 4 miles away when the Tame Impala set began after a one-hour delay. It was clear that the traffic and camping organization were poorly managed, leading to this unfortunate situation. I am respectfully requesting a full refund for our tickets and camping fees. Comparing this experience to previous shows like Dave Matthews or Phish, the issues we faced seem to have been uniquely challenging. The decision to delay the main act by an hour only confirms that there were significant issues beyond the control of the attendees.

Hello, I purchased two tickets for the Trippie Redd concert in CLT on September 14th, [redacted]. When I checked my Ticketmaster account on September 9th to transfer one ticket to my friend, I saw that it had already been claimed by someone named Ryan McGuire. I never shared my ticket, and despite contacting customer service to have the ticket returned to me, it's still claimed by Ryan. I've changed my password and followed all the necessary steps, but my ticket still hasn't been returned. Hello, My son bought a 2-day ticket for the Parklife festival at Heaton Park on September 11th and 12th for £[redacted]. He had a great time on the first day but encountered an issue on the second day. His wristband became too tight, so he cut it off at home, forgetting he needed it to enter the festival on the second day. He showed his ticket barcodes, proof of payment for both days, and ID at the entrance but was still denied entry. He was left alone outside while his friends entered. I am disappointed with how this was handled, as it was a safety concern to leave him on his own in a crowd. My son worked hard to save up for this event, especially after the challenges of the pandemic. I hope this situation can be resolved, perhaps with a refund for the second day. Dear Ticketmaster, My wife and I, retirees and huge Avett Brothers fans, had been looking forward to the Huntsville concert on April 23, [redacted], which was rescheduled due to the pandemic first to August and now to November 18, [redacted]. I have been attempting to sell my ticket for two months, but I'm unable to edit the price or delete the listing on Ticketmaster. Every time I try, I receive an "error" or "unable to edit listing at this time" message. Without being able to cancel the listing, I don't have access to my ticket. I have reached out via email multiple times over the past few weeks without any response. I paid $[redacted] for a ticket that I can't even manage due to these issues. It appears very unprofessional and feels like a scam. Please address this problem promptly, either by allowing me to edit my listing or by providing a full refund.
